بررسی عوامل موثر بربازار و اثرات اقتصادی تجاری سازی دانش فنی کشاورزی

مقاله پژوهشی: در این مطالعه به اثرات و عوامل موثر بر بازار انتقال دانش‌فنّی تحقیقات کشاورزی از دیدگاه محققان و خریداران دانش فنی در دو سال 1395 و 1396  با استفاده از روش تحقیق پیمایشی پرداخته شده است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، برای سنجش سازگاری درونی پرسشنامه، 0/84 برآورد شده است که همگنی مناسب را نشان می‌دهد. با بررسی 95 مورد دانش فنی تجاری‌سازی شده، نتایج نشان می‌دهد، 8.2 ‌نفر فرصت شغلی‌، 20150 میلیون ریال ارزش افزوده‌، ‌475 میلیون ریال صرفه‌جویی در کاهش مصرف نهاده‌ها، 254 هزار دلار صرفه‌جویی ارزی و 938.6 میلیون ریال جذب سرمایه به ازای هر فناوری برآورد شده است. با یک ریال هزینه در تحقیقات فناوری کشاورزی، 5.13 ریال‌ (با احتساب صرفه‌جوی ارزی‌)‌ و‌2.43 ریال(بدون احتساب) درآمد در سال دارد. برای 11 سال عمر مفید هر فناوری، 21.6 ریال درآمد برآورد شده است. معافیت مالیاتی، سود بانکی و قوانین حمایتی، مهمترین عوامل موثر بر موفقیت و نرخ بالای تسهیلات بانکی، وجود ضمانت نامه‌های گوناگون و هزینه بالای تولید‌، عوامل موثر بر عدم موفقیت انتقال دانش فنّی سازمان به شمار می‌آیند.

in this study, the effects and effective factors on the agricultural research technical knowledge transfer market from the perspective of researchers and buyers of technical knowledge in the years 2015 and 2016 have been discussed using a survey research method. cronbach’s alpha coefficient, to measure the internal consistency of the questionnaire, has been estimated at 0.84, which shows appropriate homogeneity. by examining 95 cases of commercialized technical knowledge, the results show, 8.2 job opportunities, 20,150 million rials added value, 475 million rials saved in reducing the consumption of inputs, 254 thousand dollars in foreign exchange savings and 938.6 million rials in attracting capital per technology is estimated. with one rial spent on agricultural technology research, it has 5.13 rials (including foreign exchange savings) and 2.43 rials (not including) income per year. for 11 years useful life of each technology, 21.6 rials of income is estimated. tax exemption, bank interest and protective laws are the most important factors affecting the success and high rate of bank facilities, the existence of various guarantees and high cost of production are the factors affecting the failure of the organization’s technical knowledge transfer.
