شناسایی و رتبه بندی موانع مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار با استفاده از رویکرد ترکیبی anp-dematel فازی در کارخانه کشتی‌سازی بوشهر

پایداری در زنجیره‌تامین به‌عنوان بخش جدید چندی است که توجه محققین حوزه مدیریت زنجیره‌تامین را به خود معطوف ساخته است. علاوه بر حوزه دانشگاهی، جوامع، دولت‌ها، کسب و کارها، آژانس‌های بین‌المللی و سازمان‌های غیرانتفاعی به طور فزآینده‌ای به این موضوع پرداخته اند، لذا این پژوهش در پی آن است که به بررسی موانع اجرای شیوه‌های مدیریت زنجیره‌تامین  پایدار در کارخانه کشتی‌سازی بوشهر با استفاده از روش دیمتبل و anp فازی بپردازد. با استفاده از روش پرسشنامه‌ای از میان 50 نفر خبرگان بخش زنجیره‌تامین شرکت کشتی‌سازی بوشهر 30 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه شناسایی شد که 20 نفر پرسشنامه را کامل کردند و با استفاده از روش دیمتل فازی، الگویی نظام‌مند برای بررسی تاثیر گذاری شاخص‌ها ارائه گردید. در مرحله بعد با استفاده از تکنیک anp فازی به رتبه‌بندی موانع مورد مطالعه پرداخته شده است. نرخ سازگاری مقایسه‌های انجام شده 0.019 به دست آمده است که کوچکتر از 0.1 می‌باشد، بنابراین می‌توان به مقایسه‌های انجام شده اعتماد کرد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش بعد دانش و پشتیبانی بیشترین اثر گذاری را داشته و در مرحله رتبه‌بندی نیز هزینه پایداری و شرایط اقتصادی با 0.124 در اولویت نخست و عدم تخصص فنی با 0.099 در اولویت دوم قرار دارد. عدم آموزش درباره زنجیره‌تامین پایدار با وزن 0.081 سومین شاخص با اهمیت است. با توجه به نتایج می‌توان گفت که باید از یادگیری در زنجیره‌تامین با توجه به بعد دانش از طریق همکاری با یکدیگر استفاده شود.

Identifying and Ranking the Barriers to Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Using a Hybrid Fuzzy ANP-DEMATELApproach: A Case of shipyard in Bushehr

Sustainability  is a relatively new and very influential subject that has attracted the attention of researchers in the field of supply chain management. In addition to the academic field, societies, governments, businesses, international agencies and nonprofit organizations are increasingly focusing on this issue.The present study seeks to investigate the barriers to implementation of sustainable supply chain management practices in Bushehr Shipbuilding Plant using fuzzy and nonlinear ANP methods. Using a questionnaire method, among 50 experts in the supply chain of Bushehr Shipbuilding Company, 30 individuals were identified as the sample of which 20 completed the questionnaire. then a fuzzy DEMATEL method was used to build a framework for evaluating the impact of indicators. In the next step, using the fuzzy ANP technique, the barriers were studied. The compatibility rate of the performed comparisons is 0.019, which is less than 0.1, and therefore it is possible to trust the comparisons. According to the results, the knowledge and support dimension have the highest impact, in the ranking stage, three highest pririties are respectively, sustanability cost and economics condition (weight 0.124), lack of technical expertise (weight 0.099), and lack of training (weight 0.081). Regarding the results, it can be recommended that in implementing sustainable supply chain management it is crucial to learn from the supply chain  (i.e knowledge dimension) through collaboration.
