بررسی تاثیر ارایه بازخورد در آموزش بالینی بر علاقمندی به رشته تحصیلی فراگیران

زمینه و هدف: عوامل متعددی در کنار هم باعث ایجاد رضایت از رشته تحصیلی در افراد می شود. چه بسا تنها نبود یک عامل از مجموع این عوامل، می تواند از ایجاد رضایت در فرد بکاهد یا حتی او را در زمره افراد ناراضی از رشته خود قرار دهد. رضایت از تحصیل سازه تاثیرگذاری در جریان تعلیم و تربیت است که شامل ادراک دانشجویان از برنامه های آموزشی، شرایط لازم برای جامعه و همچنین، رفتار و راهنمایی معلم می باشد. از آن جا که یادگیری ارتباطی قوی با رضایت از رشته تحصیلی دارد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر استفاده از بازخورد بر علاقمندی به رشته تحصیلی، انجام شد.روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی دو گروهی بود و بر روی تمامی دانشجویان پرستاری ترم 7 دانشکده های پرستاری و مامایی شهرستان های اراک و شازند که در نیم سال اول تحصیلی 941393 کارآموزی در عرصه خود را در بخش های postccu (post coronary care unit) بیمارستان امیرکبیر شهر اراک می گذراندند، انجام شد. قرارگیری زیرگروه ها در دو گروه مطالعه (مداخله و شاهد) به صورت تصادفی انجام گرفت. دانشجویان هر گروه به زیرگروه های 7 و 8 نفره تقسیم شدند و هر گروه دوره کارآموزی را به مدت چهار هفته در شیفت صبح انجام داد. برای تعیین تاثیر این دو روش، پس از اتمام هر دوره کارآموزی، پرسش نامه توسط همه دانشجویان تکمیل و نتایج آن مقایسه گردید.یافته ها: 17 نفر (4/94 درصد) از دانشجویان گروه مداخله به رشته پرستاری علاقمند بودند و تنها 1 نفر (3/3 درصد) از آنان نسبت به این رشته، اعلام عدم علاقه کرد. در این زمینه بین گروه شاهد و مداخله اختلاف آماری معنی داری مشاهده شد (007/0 > p).نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی می توان گفت، بازخوردهایی که در طول کارآموزی به دانشجویان ارایه می شود، توانسته است میزان رضایت از رشته را در دانشجویان پرستاری افزایش دهد.

Evaluation of the Effect of Feedback in Clinical Education on Students’ Interested in the Field of Education

Background Objective: Numerous factors together are the cause of satisfaction with the field of education. Thus, the lack of presence of only one factor can reduce an individual's satisfaction or cause dissatisfaction with the field of study. Satisfaction with study is an influential construct in the education process which consists of students' perception of training programs, the circumstance required for the community, and teachers rsquo; guidance. Since learning has a strong relationship with satisfaction with the field of study, the present study aimed to investigate the effect of feedback on interest in the field of study.Methods: This quasiexperimental study was performed on all nursing students in their 7th semester in schools of nursing and midwifery in Arak and Shazand, Iran, in the first halfyear of 20142015. The students were undertaking their internship in the post coronary care unit (postCCU) of Amir Kabir Hospital of Arak, Iran. The participants were randomly divided into two groups of intervention and control. Each group was divided into subgroups of 7 and 8 students and each group undertook their internship in 4 weeks in the morning shift. To determine the effects of these methods, after completion of each stage of the internship, all students completed the questionnaire and the results were compared.Results: 17 (94.4%) students in the intervention group were interested in nursing and only1 (3.3%) student reported their lack of interest in the field of nursing. A significant difference was observed between the intervention and control groups in this respect (P < 0.007).Conclusion: It can be concluded that the feedback provided for the students during the training increased their satisfaction with the field of nursing.
