چالش‌های پیش روی آموزش پروسیجرهای پرستاری از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری: یک مطالعه کیفی

زمینه و هدف: آموزش بالینی در پرستاری از لحاظ اهمیت، به عنوان قلب آموزش حرفه ای بیان می گردد. یکی از مهارت هایی که از طریق بالینی آموزش داده می شود، پروسیجر یا رویه های پرستاری است. مطالعات نشان داده اند، حتی دانشجویانی که از نظر تئوری آگاهی کاملی دارند، قادر به ارایه مراقبت و انجام مستقل مهارت ها در بالین مددجویان نمی باشند. بنابراین، مطالعه حاضر با هدف آشکار شدن مشکلات و چالش های پیش روی دانشجویان پرستاری در آموزش پروسیجرهای پرستاری انجام شد.روش کار: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و روش توصیفی اکتشافی در سال 1394 انجام گردید. 12 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری در مطالعه شرکت کردند و نمونه گیری به صورت مبتنی بر هدف تا رسیدن به اشباع داده ها صورت گرفت. روش جمع آوری داده ها، مصاحبه بود. تمام مصاحبه ها ضبط، دست نویس و به صورت خط به خط تحلیل گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل محتوای مرسوم استفاده شد.یافته ها: 5 طبقه اصلی به همراه 17 زیرطبقه که بیانگر تجارب دانشجویان از چالش های آموزش پروسیجرهای پرستاری بود، از مصاحبه ها استخراج گردید. طبقات عبارت از »گذر از پراتیک تا بالین، تناقض بین آموزش و عملکرد بالینی، ترس ها، عملکرد مدرس بالینی و ویژگی های فراگیر « بود.نتیجه گیری: دانشجویان زمانی به طور صحیح قادر به انجام پروسیجرهای پرستاری هستند که شرایط آموزش مناسبی برای آنان فراهم باشد. مواردی همچون توجه به رفتارهای ورودی فراگیران، جذب و به کارگیری مدرسین بالینی مجرب و تلاش در جهت بهبود محیط آموزش بالینی، به برطرف نمودن چالش های بیان شده از سوی دانشجویان کمک می نماید.

The Challenges of Nursing Procedures Training from the Perspective of Nursing Students: A Qualitative Study

Background Objective: In nursing, clinical education due to its importance is known as the heart of professional education. One of the skills taught in the clinical environment is nursing procedures. Studies show that even students who have complete theoretical knowledge are unable to provide care and perform the required skills at the clients rsquo; bedside independently. Thus, the present study was carried out with the aim to reveal the problems and challenges of nursing students in nursing procedures training.Methods: This descriptiveexploratory study was conducted with qualitative approach in 2016. The study participants consisted of 12 students from the School of Nursing. Purposive sampling was conducted until data saturation. Data were collected through interviews. All interviews were taperecorded, handwritten, and analyzed line by line. To analyze the data, conventional content analysis was used.Results: From the interviews, 5 main categories and 17 subcategories, which represent students' experiences of the challenges of nursing procedures training, were extracted. The categories included the transition from skill lab to practice, discrepancies between education and clinical practice, fears, practice of clinical instructor, and students rsquo; characteristics.Conclusion: Students are only able to perform the correct nursing procedures, when the appropriate training is provided. Considering the entrance behavior of students, attracting and employing experienced clinical teachers, and improving the learning environment can help in overcoming the obstacles expressed by students.
