مقایسه دیدگاه پزشکان و متخصصان علوم اجتماعی و رفتاری درباره لزوم آموزش علوم اجتماعی به دانشجویان پزشکی

زمینه و هدف: در سال های اخیر با توجه به نقش موثر و انکار ناپذیر عوامل اجتماعی و رفتاری در بیماری، سلامت و مرگ و میر، بسیاری از دانشکده های پزشکی کشورهای توسعه یافته و در حال توسعه، دروس علوم اجتماعی و رفتاری را در برنامه آموزشی دانشجویان پزشکی جا داده اند. علاوه بر این یک پزشک در تعامل مستقیم با مراجعه کنندگانی است که با شرایط اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی متفاوتی به کنش متقابل با پزشک می پردازند، لذا در برنامه آموزشی برخی دانشکده های پزشکی با هدف ارتقا و بهبود کنش متقابل پزشک و مراجعه کنندگان، دروس مربوط به علوم اجتماعی و رفتاری پیش بینی شده اند. دروس علوم اجتماعی و رفتاری شامل طیف نسبتاً وسیعی می باشند: جامعه شناسی، روان شناسی، انسان شناسی پزشکی، جمعیت شناسی، اخلاق پزشکی، اقتصاد سلامت، سیاست گزاری سلامت و برنامه ریزی شهری. این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی دیدگاه پزشکان و متخصصان علوم اجتماعی درباره لزوم آموزش علوم اجتماعی در دانشکده های پزشکی انجام شد.روش کار: اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه از 126 نفر جمع آوری گردید. سوالات در سه حیطه تحت عنوان حیطه ی آشنایی با تاثیر ساختار اجتماعی فرهنگی بر ایجاد و تداوم بیماری، حیطه آشنایی با نقش تفاوت های اجتماعی در مواجهه بیمار با پزشک و فرایند درمان و حیطه ساختار سازمانی درمان و نقش های اجتماعی درون آن تنظیم گردید.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که از نظر هردو گروه آموزش علوم اجتماعی به دانشجویان پزشکی لازم است. هر دو گروه بر روی حوزه های مهم و اولویت دار توافق داشتند. بین دیدگاه دو گروه تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق می تواند به بازنگری در برنامه آموزشی رشته پزشکی کمک نماید. لزوم آموزش علوم اجتماعی رفتاری از سوی هر دو گروه مورد تایید است.

The Comparison Between Views of Physicians and Specialists in Social and Behavioral Sciences About the Need for Social Science Education to Medical Students

Background Objective: In recent years, with regard to the role of effective and undeniable role of, social and behavioral factors in the disease, health and mortality, many medical colleges in developed and developing countries hold social and behavioral sciences in training program of medical students. In addition, a doctor is at the direct interaction with the patients pants with different social, cultural and economic conditions, so some medical colleges aims to enhance and improve the interaction between the doctor and patients and it is related to social and behavioral sciences. Social and behavioral sciences include a wide spectrum are relatively: sociology, psychology, medical anthropology, demographics, medical ethics, the economy and health, health policy and urban planning. The aim of this study was determine the attitudes of physicians and social scientists about the need for social science education at medical school.Methods: The information was collected by distributing a questionnaire among 126 persons.Results: The results showed that in terms of both physicians and social science specialists, social science education to medical students is necessary. Both groups agreed on key areas and priority. There was no significant difference between the two views.Conclusion: The results of this research could contribute to the revision of the medical curriculum
