رضایتمندی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان از خدمات آموزشی و تسهیلات دانشگاه

زمینه و هدف: آموزش عالی و تحصیلات تکمیلی از عناصر کلیدی توسعه انسانی در هر کشور به شمار می‌رود. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان مقاطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان از شرایط فعلی و همچنین دیدگاه این دانشجویان در خصوص میزان توجه و تلاش مسوولین دانشگاه در برآورده کردن رضایت دانشجویان صورت گرفت.   روش کار: پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی حاضر بر روی 135 دانشجوی تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان انجام شد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه بررسی رضایتمندی دانشجویان ( student satisfaction inventory یا ssi ) جمع‌آوری گردید. این پرسش‌نامه رضایت دانشجویان را به تفکیک از خدمات استادان راهنما، خدمات آموزشی، کمک آموزشی، رفاهی، دانشجو محور و خدمات کلی مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌دهد.   یافته‌ها: در مجموع 2/42 درصد دانشجویان (0/41 درصد پسران و 2/43 درصد دختران) از خدمات ارایه شده ابراز رضایت کردند. بیشترین رضایت دانشجویان از خدمات استادان راهنما و کمترین آن مربوط به خدمات رفاهی بود. از طرف دیگر، 3/38 درصد دانشجویان (0/36 درصد پسران و 9/41 درصد دختران) میزان توجه مسوولین به خدمات ارایه شده را مطلوب ارزیابی کردند. از نظر دانشجویان، بیشترین توجه مسوولین به خدمات استادان راهنما و کمترین توجه آنان به خدمات رفاهی ارایه شده بود.   نتیجه‌گیری : در مجموع دانشجویان رضایت پایینی از شرایط فعلی داشتند و تلاش مسوولین دانشگاه در فراهم نمودن رضایتمندی آنان، کم ارزیابی شد. با توجه به افزایش روزافزون پذیرش دانشجو در مقاطع تحصیلی بالاتر و به منظور ارتقای سطح کیفی این بخش، مسوولین دانشگاهی باید توجه بیشتری را در برآورده کردن نیازهای دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی که نقش عمده‌ای را در آینده کشور ایفا می‌نمایند، مبذول دارند.

Satisfaction of Postgraduate Students of Kerman University of Medical Sciences, Iran, with their Training Program and Campus Facilities

Background Objective: Higher education and postgraduate programs characterize one of the key components of human development in any country. The present study was carried out at Kerman University of Medical Sciences, Iran, with the aim of investigating MSc and PhD students’ level of satisfaction with their present situation and their view of the amount of attention and effort the university authorities exercise to meet the students’ expectations.   Methods: The target population of the present descriptive analytical study consisted of 135 postgraduate students of Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Data were gathered using the Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI). This inventory evaluates the students’ satisfaction with services provided by supervisors, and educational, educational assistance, campus facilities, studentcentered, and general services.   Results: In total, 42.2% of students (41% male and 43.2% female) were satisfied with the services. The maximum level of satisfaction of students was with services provided by supervisors and the lowest level was with campus facilities. On the other hand, 38.3% of students (36% male and 41.9% female) were satisfied with the amount of attention from the university authorities to the services. In their view, maximum attention was given to the services provided by supervisors and the minimum was given to campus facilities.   Conclusion: In conclusion, students’ level of satisfaction with their current situation and the level of effort made by authorities to meet their needs were rated low. In view of the growing increase in admittance of students into higher education and to promote the quality of this sector, university authorities should pay more heed to meeting the needs of postgraduate students who play a significant role in building the country’s future.
