رضایتمندی دانشجویان از آموزش توسط گروه استادان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل در سال 1392

زمینه و هدف: یکی از روش‌های ارزشیابی به منظور انتخاب و اصلاح شیوه‌های تدریس در دانشگاه‌ها، ارزیابی نظرات دانشجویان است. تدریس توسط گروه استادان از شیوه‌های مرسوم در مراکز دانشگاهی است. در این مطالعه رضایتمندی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل از ارایه دروس توسط گروه استادان ارزیابی گردید.  روش کار: در مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی حاضر 461 نفر از دانشجویان رشته‌های مختلف دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل که آموزش به صورت گروهی را تجربه کرده بودند، به طور تصادفی انتخاب گردیدند و با تکمیل پرسش‌نامه‌ای که روایی و پایایی آن تایید شده بود، در مطالعه شرکت نمودند. پرسش‌نامه حاوی 19 سوال و بر پایه مقیاس لیکرت در پنج سطح «خیلی زیاد، زیاد، متوسط، کم و خیلی کم» بود که در سال تحصیلی 91-1390 در اختیار دانشجویان قرار گرفت. از آزمون‌های t و anova برای مقایسه‌های آماری و از نرم‌افزار spss جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده گردید.  یافته‌ها: 2/8 درصد دانشجویان مخالفت نسبی و 4/0 درصد از دانشجویان تمایل بسیار زیادی به این شیوه تدریس نشان دادند. بیشترین درصد فراوانی پاسخ‌ها (9/56 درصد) در محدوده «متوسط» قرار گرفت و حدود 5/34 درصد از دانشجویان نسبت به تدریس توسط گروه استادان تمایل بالایی داشتند. دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی بیشترین و دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی کمترین تمایل به این روش تدریس را اعلام نمودند. همچنین دانشجویان بالاتر تمایل کمتری به این شیوه تدریس نشان دادند. اختلاف معنی‌داری ترم‌های بین پاسخ دانشجویان دختر و پسر در خصوص این شیوه آموزشی مشاهده نشد.  نتیجه‌گیری : به نظر می‌رسد دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل مخالفت محسوسی با تدریس توسط گروه استادان نداشتند. با این وجود در جهت اصلاح مشکلات جزیی موجود، بازنگری در روش اجرای این شیوه ارایه دروس ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

Evaluation of Student's Satisfaction with Team Teaching in Babol University of Medical Sciences, Iran, in 2011-2012

Background Objective: One method of evaluation with the intent to select and modify teaching methods in universities is the evaluation of student's opinions. Team teaching by faculty members is a routine method of education in universities. The present study evaluated student's satisfaction with team teaching in Babol University of Medical Sciences, Iran, during the first and second semesters of 20112012.  Methods: In the present descriptive, analytical study, 461 students of Babol University of Medical Sciences who had experienced team teaching were randomly selected. The participants completed a questionnaire the reliability and validity of which had been previously approved. The questionnaire contained 19 questions, based on the 5point Likert scale (&very high&, &high&, &moderate&, &low&, and &very low&). The resulting data were analyzed using SPSS software and compared using ttest and ANOVA.  Results: The results showed that 8.2% of students partly opposed and 0.4% of them absolutely approved the use of team teaching method. The highest frequency of answers (56.9%) were assigned in the &moderate& level. Nearly 34.5% of students approved the use of this method. Students of dentistry and laboratory sciences showed the highest and lowest tendency toward this method, respectively. Higher year students showed less tendency toward team teaching method. There were no significant differences between boys' and girls' answers in respect to this method.  Conclusion: It seems that Babol University of Medical Sciences students did not significantly oppose the use of team teaching method. Nevertheless, in order to correct the existing small problems, it is essential to revise the implementation technique of this teaching method.
