   Strategy Formulating by SWOT and QSPM Matrix

چکیده    The present study aimed to formulate strategy of sanitaryware company of golsar fars to increase the production and growthof products of this company. thus, at first the mission and vision wereinvestigated and by the analysis of internal and external environment ofthe organization, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats ofthe company were evaluated by internal factor evaluation and externalfactor evaluation matrix. using swot matrix, the suitable strategieswere formulated for the company. then, the competitive position of theorganization was found via competition evaluation matrix. later, accordingto swot matrix and competition evaluation matrix, companystrategies were prioritized by qspm method.
