   Comparison of School Education System in Accordance With Elected and Appointed Leaders in the City of Urmia

چکیده    This study was conducted to compare the efficiency ofthe education system in accordance with the school’s elected and appointedleaders in the city of urmia. the research method is descriptiveand survey. the population of this study are both male and femaleteachers in different grades of parts one and two of urmia educationwhich by using of the morgan table 300 of teachers, 150 male and 150female teachers were randomly selected and completed questionnairesefficacy manager. to analyzing the hypothesis of this study in the descriptivepart of the frequency tables and diagrams, standard deviation,tilt, strain, frequency of precedent and in the mann-whitney u test wasused inferential. the results indicate that there are differences in variousaspects of selecting and appointing directors. this difference has beenmore flexibility in the regulation and enforcement of directives, to solveteachers’ current problems and students’ educational problems, friendlyhealthy relationships and using of educational aids and resources thatselective management of male and female teachers in all educational levelsare commenting in greater percentage. also there was no differencebetween participation in making educational decisions in the institution in management of elective and appointive and there was no significantdifference between comments of male and female teachers in the recruitmentand appointment management.
