A Study on the Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning in Iranian Airports Holding Company

This study is a descriptive research on the enterprise resourceplanning (erp) and the possibility of implementing it in iranianairports holding company (iac). the study was conducted to achievethree major objectives: (a) to identify the concepts, elements, and relationshipsbetween elements in erp; (b) to examine the objectives, theprocess map, and resources of iac, as well as the possibility of implementingerp in that company; and, (c) to determine the proceduresfor implementing erp in the company. the study found that the implementationof erp in iac was possible considering some significantfeatures of the company. however, erp must be designed and implementedvery sensitively.
