رابطه محیط تامین، ادغام زنجیره تامین و عملکرد با درنظرگرفتن رفتارهای فرصت طلبانه

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه محیط تامین، ادغام زنجیره تامین و عملکرد با درنظرگرفتن رفتارهای فرصت طلبانه انجام شده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی می باشد و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی است. در این پژوهش داده های مورد نیاز بوسیله پرسشنامه جمع آوری گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه مهندسین و مدیران فعال در شرکتهای تولیدی واقع در شهرک صنعتی شماره یک اراک بودند که با توجه به جامعه آماری 230 نفره، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری کوکران، نمونه ای برابر با 140 نفر به دست آمد که این افراد به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی به کمک نرم افزار smartpls استفاده شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که بین محیط تامین، ادغام زنجیره تامین و عملکرد رابطه معناداری وجود دارد ولی نقش میانجی رفتارهای فرصت طلبانه رابطه معنی داری ندارد و فرضیه رد می شود.

the rrelationship among supply environment, supply chain integration and performance considering opportunistic behaviors

this research was conducted with the aim of examining the relationship among supply environment, supply chain integration, and performance considering opportunistic behaviors. this research employed a goal-oriented approach and utilized a descriptive-correlational design for its data collection procedure.the required data in this study were collected using a questionnaire. the statistical population was all the engineers and managers active in the manufacturing companies located in the industrial town number one of arak. from among the statistical population of 230 individuals, a sample of 140 participants was obtained using the cochran sampling method. they were selected through random sampling. the data were analyzed using the partial least squares (pls) technique, employing smartpls software for the analysis. the obtained results showed that there is a significant relationship between supply environment, supply chain integration and performance. however, the mediating role of opportunistic behaviors did not demonstrate a significant relationship, leading to the rejection of the hypothesis.
