سنتز پژوهی شایستگی‌های مدیران دانشگاهی: طراحی یک الگو

یکی از اساسی ترین مشکل دانشگاه ها، فقدان الگوی مناسب برای انتخاب شایسته ترین افراد در پست های مدیریتی است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف طراحی الگوی شایستگی مدیران دانشگاهی انجام شده است. رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و از نوع سنتز پژوهی است.جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مطالعات داخلی و خارجی چاپ شده در حوزه شایستگی مدیران دانشگاهی در بین سال های 1392 تا 1402 به تعداد 80 مقاله بوده است. در این راستا کلیدواژه های مرتبط با اهداف پژوهش مورد جستجو قرار گرفت و با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود به مطالعه و حذف پژوهش های نامرتبط ازلحاظ عنوان و کلیدواژه ، چکیده و نتیجه گیری و بررسی تفصیلی مقالات بر اساس مرتبط بودن با سوالات و کیفیت پژوهش ها ازنظر اعتبار ابزارها و روش های تحلیل مورداستفاده، درنهایت تعداد 31 مقاله جهت بررسی و تحلیل انتخاب شدد. پس از پالایش چندمرحله ای و تحلیل و ترکیب داده ها، درنهایت الگوی شایستگی مدیران دانشگاهی با 4 مضمون فراگیر و 8 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 102 مضمون پایه ترسیم که مضامین فراگیر شامل شایستگی های آستانه ای (شخصیتی و اخلاقی)، شایستگی های متمایز (رهبری و تفکر نظام مند) و شایستگی های کانونی (اجتماعی، اجرایی) و شایستگی حرفه ای (دانشی، مهارتی) بودند.

developing of a model for synthesizing the competencies of academic administrators

one of the most fundamental problems of universities is the lack of a suitable model for choosing the most qualified individuals for management positions.hence, the present study sought to design a competency model for university managers.the research is qualitative in method and synthetic in type, and is conducted through content analysis while following practical aim.the scope of the current research includes scientific and research articles published in domestic and foreign valid journals from 2013 to 2023 in the field of academic administration competency.the statistical sample of the study was selected using a purposive method, which included 31 items were selected from among 80 articles. after multi-step refinement, data analysis and synthesis, the competency model of university managers with four overarching themes, eight organizing themes and 102 basic themes were drawn, with inclusive themes containing threshold competencies (personality and ethical), distinctive competencies (leadership and systematic thinking),core competencies (social, executive) and professional competencies (knowledge, skills). the results of this study offer important insights into the competencies required for university managers and can serve as a valuable resource for universities seeking to improve their selection process for management positions.
