تاثیر تحقیق ‌و توسعه بر چابکی سازمان و بهره‌وری عوامل تولید با روش‌های مدل-یابی معادلات ساختاری و رویکرد پویایی سیستم

تحقیق ‌و توسعه نقشی اساسی در توسعه و پیشرفت جوامع و رشد اقتصادی کشورها دارد و در کشورهای پیشرفته و صنعتی، سرمایه‌گذاری‌های هنگفتی در این زمینه انجام می‌شود. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر تحقیق ‌و توسعه بر چابکی سازمان و بهره‌وری عوامل تولید در شرکت‌های شهرک صنعتی سمنان است. در این پژوهش پس از بررسی مبانی نظری و مطالعات پیشین، مدلی طراحی شد تا چگونگی تاثیر تحقیق ‌و توسعه بر چابکی و بهره‌وری عوامل تولید نشان داده شود و مدل طراحی‌شده با استفاده از روش مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری مورد آزمون قرار گرفت و تایید شد. سپس با استفاده از نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از این بخش و بهره‌گیری ازنظر خبرگان، مدلی پویا طراحی شد تا پویایی متغیرها در طول زمان نیز نشان داده شود، اعتبار این مدل با روش‌های ارزیابی مدل‌های پویا ارزیابی و تایید شد. نتایج تحقیق در بخش اول نشان‌دهنده وجود تاثیر مثبت و معنادار فعالیت‌های تحقیقات بر بهره‌وری عوامل تولید و چابکی سازمان بود و نتایج حاصل از شبیه‌سازی سناریوهای مختلف در مدل پویا نشان داد، افزایش بودجه تحقیقات به‌واسطه تشکیل حلقه‌های خودتقویت‌کننده از ماه دوازدهم به بعد باعث افزایش چابکی و بهره‌وری عوامل تولید به شکل نمایی می‌شود.

The Impact of Research and Development on the Organizational Agility and Productivity of Production Factors Using Structural Equations and Dynamical System Approach

Research and development (R D) play an important role in the development of societies and the country’s economic growth and developed and industrialized countries have put a considerable investment on these issues. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of research and development on the organizational agility and productivity of the manufacturing companies in the industrial town of Semnan. In this research, after reviewing theoretical foundations and previous studies, a model of the effects of research and development on organizational agility and productivity was presented and validated using structural equation method. Then, based on the obtained results and using experts’ opinions, a dynamic model was designed to show the dynamics of the variables over time.  The validity of the model was evaluated and validated using system dynamic approach. The results in the first section indicate the positive significant impact of research and development activities on the agility and productivity. Additionally, the results of different simulations in the model revealed that an increase in research and development budget through a selfreinforcing loop after the twelfth month from the twelfth month after can make an increase in the agility and productivity in the form of exponential growth.
