بررسی و رتبه‌بندی مولفه‌های سیاست های حمایتی قانونی حقوقی‌ از حقوق مالکیت صنعتی با محوریت توسعه کارآفرینی (مورد مطالعه: کارآفرینان شهر تهران)

سیاست های حمایت از مالکیت صنعتی، جزئی از سیاست های فن‌آورانه‌ کارآفرینی می‌باشد که ویژگی‌های سیاست های کلی کارآفرینی و کسب‌ و‌ کارهای کوچک را دارا می‌باشد. ‌این سیاست ها عموماً به نفع کارآفرینان فن‌آوری هستند که بر افزایش بازده کل بازار و با برطرف‌کردن موانع انتقال و در نتیجه تجاری‌سازی فن‌آوری تمرکز دارند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی و رتبه‌بندی مولفه‌های سیاست های حمایتی قانونیحقوقی‌ از حقوق مالکیت صنعتی با محوریت توسعه کارآفرینی‌ صورت گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، و از بعد روش شناسی از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی توصیفی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، کارآفرینان شرکت های دانش‌بنیان شهر تهران می باشد و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی، 100 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شده است و دوره زمانی مربوط نیز، زمستان 1396 می باشد. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات در مورد مبانی نظری، از روش کتابخانه ای و در مورد فرضیه های پژوهش از روش میدانی و برای آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته و مصاحبه، استفاده شده است. جهت آزمون فرضیه نیز از t تک نمونه ای و آزمون فریدمن بهره گرفته شد و نتایج نشان داد که از بین 20 مولفه سیاست حمایتی، مولفه‌های حقوق جبران خسارت مخترعان و مولفان، سهولت، شفافیت، کاهش هزینه‌ها و سرعت فرایندهای ثبت و اخذمجوز، و حق ثبت علائم تجاری و اسامی تجاری، حمایت از حق ثبت انحصاری اختراعات، ایجاد نظام ثبت، استعلام و گزارش تخلف آنلاین و حمایت از حق کپی‌رایت بیشترین میانگین را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند.
