واکاوی چالش های بافندگان فرش دستبافت در دوران تحریم

در سال‌های اخیر موج تحریم‌ها بر اقتصاد ایران سایه انداخته است که با هدف کاهش توان مالی، رفاه ملی و یاس و ناباوری، جبهه تقابلی جدیدی پیش روی اقتصاد ایران باز کرده است. با توجه به اهمیت و نقش ویژه بافت فرش و جایگاه آن در اقتصاد کشور، شناسایی و مطالعه مشکلات اخیر بافندگان فرش دستبافت همگام با تحریم ضروری می‌نماید. این پژوهش با این هدف به شیوه توصیفی از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساختارمند به تدوین و اعتباریابی چارچوبی مفهومی با روش تحلیل مضمون پرداخته است. جامعه آماری شامل قالیبافان شهر آرباطان در استان آذربایجان شرقی هستند که از بین آنها 20 نفر قالیباف به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و در این مطالعه مشارکت کردند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد چالش‌های یاد‌شده در قالب چهار مضمون اصلی شامل چالش‌های فردی، چالش‌های تولید، چالش‌های فروش و چالش‌های متولیان و 33 مضمون فرعی قابل دسته‌بندی است. در انتها با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، پیشنهادهایی چون توسعه‌ تسهیلات مالی حمایتی با بهره‌ی کم، نظام‌مند کردن و سازماندهی مکانیسم‌های فراوری مواد اولیه در داخل کشور و تبلیغات مناسب در بازارهای جهانی در جهت حل مشکلات قالیبافان ارائه شده است.

Analyzing the challenges of hand_made carpet weavers during the economic sanctions period

In recent years, the wave of economic sanctions has overshadowed Iranchr('39')s economy with the aim of reducing the financial power, national welfare and disbelief, and a new confrontation has opened up on the Iranian economy. With respect to special importance and role of carpet weaving and its place in the countrychr('39')s economy, identifying and studying the recent problems of handmade carpet weavers along with economic sanction is essential. The purpose of this research is to formulate and validate a conceptual framework via thematic analysis through descriptive indepth semistructured interviews. The statistical population includes carpet weavers in Arbatan city in East Azarbaijan province, among whom 20 carpet weavers were selected by purposeful sampling and participated in this study. The findings show that the challenges in four main themes include individual challenges, production and sales challenges and administrators challenges and 33 subthemes. Finally, according to the results of the research, suggestions have been made like the development of lowcost supportive financial facilities, systematization and organization of incountry raw material processing mechanisms and appropriate advertising in global markets to solve carpet weaving problems.
