بررسی عوامل موثر در پذیرش تجارت الکترونیکی جهت توسعه اقتصاد مبتنی بر فرش دستباف

امروزه جایگاه تجارت الکترونیک در مبادلات آثار هنری، موضوع مورد مطالعه و بررسی صاحب نظران گستره اقتصاد هنر است. با توجّه به اهمیّت این موضوع، شناسایی عوامل کارآمد در پذیرش تجارت الکترونیکی در این بخش از اقتصاد امری ناگریز است. ازاین رو با بهره گیری از این فناوری در بخش هنر، به ویژه مبادلات فرش دستباف می توان به مشکلات موجود در اقتصاد مبتنی بر فرش دستباف چیره شد و با حمایت از فرش دستباف با توجّه به نقش کارآمد آن در اقتصاد کشور نتایج مثبتی در زمینه ی اقتصادی حاصل گردد. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش ها است که: 1 تجارت الکترونیک چگونه می تواند به توسعه ی اقتصاد بر پایه فرش دستباف یاری برساند؟ 2 چه زیرساخت‌هایی جهت نفوذ و بهره‌مندی از تجارت الکترونیکی جهت توسعه ی اقتصاد بر پایه فرش دستباف لازم و ضروری می باشد؟ بدین سبب هدف پژوهش بررسی مزایای استفاده از تجارت الکترونیکی جهت توسعه اقتصاد مبتنی بر فرش دستباف در کشور و شناسایی زیرساخت های موثر در پذیرش تجارت الکترونیکی و بهره گیری در جهت توسعه اقتصاد مبتنی بر فرش دستباف است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی است؛ جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از منابع کتابخانه ای، سایت های معتبر اینترنتی و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش نخست به مطالعه تجارت الکترونیکی، اقتصاد خلاق و فرش دستباف پرداخته شده و سپس با تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، نتایج حاصل از پژوهش بیان شده است. در پایان نیز پیشنهاد هایی جهت دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش و انجام تحقیقات آتی ارائه شده است. با توجه به یافته های حاصل از تحقیق، ایجاد بستر فرهنگی و آموزشی برای دست اندرکاران بخش فرش دستباف و ایجاد زیرساخت های موردنیاز جهت پذیرش تجارت الکترونیکی می تواند کمک شایان توجّهی در توسعه مبادلات فرش دستباف داشته باشد.

Evaluation of the effective factors in accepting e-commerce to develop a handmade carpet economy

Nowadays, the status of ecommerce in the exchange of art works is the subject of study experts in the field of art economics. Considering the importance of this issue, identifying the effective factors in accepting ecommerce in this sector of the economy is essential. Hence, using this technology in the art sector, especially the handmade carpet exchanges, we can overcome the problems in the handmade carpet economy and achieve the positive outcomes in the field of economy with the support of handmade carpets, owing to its effective role in the Iranchr('39')s economy.The present research aims to find an answer for the following questions: 1. How can ecommerce contribute in development of the economy based on handmade carpets and related factors? 2. What infrastructures are needed to use ecommerce for the development of the economy based on handmade carpets?Thus, the objective of the present study is to evaluate the benefits of using ecommerce to develop the handmade carpet economy in Iran and identify the effective infrastructures in accepting ecommerce and exploiting it in the development of the economy based on handmade carpets. The research method in this study is descriptivesurvey. Library resources, valid internet websites and questionnaires were used to collect the data. This research investigates ecommerce, art economics and handmade carpets. Then, research results are presented by analyzing the data. Finally, some recommendations are presented to achieve the research goals and future research. Based on the results of this study, creating a cultural and educational context for handmade carpet authorities and creating the necessary infrastructure for accepting ecommerce would be of great contribution in the development of handmade carpet exchanges.
