نگاهی به طرح سجاده صف در حوزه‌های فرش‌بافی اسلامی

طراحان فرش در طول تاریخ با تاثیرپذیری از مذهب، سیاست، فرهنگ و سایر هنرهای رایج، نقوش زیبا و گاه منحصربه فردی را خلق و بافندگان چیره دست ایرانی نیز آن ها را ثبت کرده اند. سجاده های محرابی از مهم ترین طرح هایی هستند که با ورود اسلام همه گیر شدند. این گونه از فرش ها با الگوبرداری از طاق های ایرانی و در ابعادی کوچک برای اجرای فریضۀ دینی نماز طراحی و اجرا شدند.اجرای نمازهای جماعت و عیدین باعث ابداع طرحی جدید با عنوان سجادۀ صف در هنر فرش بافی ایران شد. در این گونه از فرش ها ردیفی از طاق های محرابی در طول یا عرض فرش بافته می شود و هرکدام از آن ها جایگاه نمازگزاران را مشخص می کند. این طرح باگذشت زمان توسط مسلمانان سایر کشورهای اسلامی همچون ترکیه، هند و نواحی ترکستان شرقی اقتباس شد؛ با این تفاوت که بافندگان ساکن در این مناطق با توجه به فرهنگ و نقوش رایج، فرش هایی با طرح سجادۀ صف تولید کردند.با توجه به اینکه اولین بار طاق و طاق نما در معماری عیلامی به کار گرفته شده و بعدها اشکانیان آن را احیا و گسترش دادند، همچنین اشاراتی که در برخی از سفرنامه ها به سجاده بافی در نواحی مختلف ایران شده است، شاید بتوان گفت سجادۀ صف اولین بار توسط هنرمندان ایرانی به کار گرفته شده است. هدف از اجرای این پژوهش معرفی نقش سجادۀ صف در هنر فرش بافی ایران و مهم ترین حوزه های فرش بافی جهان اسلام است. مهم ترین سوال پژوهش این است که از چه زمانی و در کدام کشور اسلامی این طرح ابداع شده است؟ همچنین علت بافت فرش های سجادۀ صف چه بوده است؟ روش تحقیق در این نوشتار به صورت توصیفی ndash; تاریخی است و شیوۀ گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه ای و اسنادی است.بامطالعۀ اطلاعات و تصاویر محدودی که از فرش های مزیّن به نقش سجادۀ صف موجود است، می توان گفت اغلب آن ها در کشورهایی همچون ایران، هند، ترکیۀ عثمانی و نواحی ترکستان شرقی بافته شده اند. با توجه به عنصر مشترک طاق در تمامی آن ها و همچنین نمونه فرش های طرح شده در نگاره های ایرانی، احتمالاً الگوی اصلی این نقش ریشه در ایران دارد و تفاوت ها منحصر به شیوۀ طراحی عناصر جزئی یا نوع بافت است. مهم ترین علت بافت این گونه از سجاده ها ایجاد نظم و وحدت در بین نمازگزاران بوده است.

A View on the Design of Niche Prayer Rug (Saff) in Islamic carpet weaving

Iranian artists and craftsmen have been interested in decorations for a long time. Geometric, animal and plant motifs and sometimes a line in various combinations adorned all or part of their handmade works. The art of carpet weaving hasn't been excluded. Carpet designers have created beautiful and sometimes unique designs by the influence of religion, politics, culture and other common arts during the course of history and the master weavers have also recorded it.One of the most important applied designs in carpetweaving art which became universal by the arrival of the Islam is the design of prayer rugs, the carpets with small dimensions that were designed and woven to perform the most important religious practices; saying prayers. Probably, performing congregational religious ceremonies including Congregational Prayers, Friday or Eid (Islamic Feast) prayers were enough to create a unique design in the art of carpetweaving in Islamic Iran with the title of a Niche Prayer Rug (saff).In these kinds of carpets, a row of altar arches is woven on the length or width of the carpet to determine the position of a single person who says prayers. This attractive design that can be a symbol of unity of the Islamic nations, has been gradually adapted by Muslims of other Islamic countries such as Turkey, India and Eastern Turkestan. Considering the culture and common decorative motifs of that area, the native weavers produced different and sometimes beautiful carpets that are rooted in original Iranian art.This descriptiveanalytic investigation is to study the history of the Niche Prayer Rug (saff) design in Iranian carpetweaving art. Regarding the library based state of the research, it rsquo;s tried to introduce the reason of weaving these kinds of carpets and also the areas that produced them.
