مطالعه سیر تحول فرش‌های جنگ در افغانستان

از پیامدهای جنگ طولانی در افغانستان ظهور بافته ای به نام «فرش جنگ »است. در این مقاله سیر تحول فرش جنگ افغانستان با روش توصیفی تحلیلی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و داده های تحقیق به صورت کتابخانه ای و مشاهده ای گردآوری شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که فرش جنگ افغانستان از آغاز پیدایش تاکنون به سه نسل متفاوت قابل تقسیم است. در نسل اول فرش جنگ که به دوره جنگ شوروی با مجاهدین افغان باز می گردد، هنوز تداوم سنت فرش بافی افغانستان مشاهده می شود. اما از حدود 1990 تا به امروز نقش مایه های سنتی جلوه کمتری در این فرش داشته است. در نسل دوم فرش های جنگ که اغلب توسط پناهندگان افغان بافته شده است، به تدریج تصویر سلاح ها و ادوات نظامی در کنار نقوش سنتی بافته شده و در نهایت سهم بیشتری از فضای فرش را به خود اختصاص می دهند. نسل سوم فرش جنگ که طرح و نقش آن حوادث یازدهم سپتامبر 2001 در آمریکا و عواقب آن را نمایش می دهد، جلوه ای به شدت سیاسی به خود می گیرد و در مقابل با کاهش کیفیت مواجه می گردد.

The Study of the Evolution of the War Rugs in Afghanistan

One of the outcomes of the long wars in Afghanistan is the emergence of war rugs . In this paper, the evolution of the war rugs in Afghanistan has been studied using a descriptiveanalytical method and the data has been collected using field study and librarybased research. The results of the research indicated that from the beginning to the present time, the war rugs in Afghanistan could be categorized into three distinguished generations. In the first generation of the war rugs, which is related to the time of MujahidinSoviet war, we still observe continuance of the Afghan rugs conventions. However, from 1990s onward, the traditional motifs are not commonly displayed in these rugs. In the second generation of the war rugs, often woven by Afghan refugees in Pakistan, gradually the motifs of weapons and military equipment along with the traditional motifs became dominant, whereas, the larger portion of the spaces of the rugs was allocated to the military motifs. Finally, the third generation of the war rugs displayed the patterns and motifs of the events of September 11, 2001 in the United States and their consequences. This generation includes the designs and motifs with the intense political manifestations followed by deterioration of quality for the war rugs.
