چکیده
|
این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطۀ بین فرهنگ سازمانی با گرایش به استفاده از روش های فعال تدریس انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری این تحقیق کلیۀ اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه های استان گلستان بوده و نمونه آماری شامل 460 نفر بوده است که به روش تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب انتخاب شده اند. تحقیق از نوع همبستگی بوده و داده ها به صورت پیمایشی جمع آوری شده اند. داده های مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسش نامه استاندارد (دنیسون) و محقق ساخته جمع آوری و با بهره گیری از نرم افزار spss مورد پردازش و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. اعتبار پرسش نامه با استفاده اعتبار صوری و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرانباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که رابطه معنی داری بین فرهنگ سازمانی و ابعاد آن با گرایش به استفاده از روش های فعال تدریس وجود دارد و کنترل متغیرهای جنسیت، وضعیت تاهل، نوع دانشگاه، وضعیت بومی، محل اخذ مدرک و محل تولد هیچ گونه تغییری در رابطه بین دو متغیر ایجاد نمی کند.

The Study of The Relationship Between The Organizational Culture and The Attitude Toward The Usage of The Active Teaching Methods (Case Study: The Supreme Educational Centers of Golestan Province)

Abstract
|
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and the attitude toward the usage of the active methods of teaching. The Statistical society of this study was all faculty members of the universities of Golestan Province. The sample consisted of 460 people, which, according to a stratified random selection have been studied. The study was correlation and the research method used in this study was survey. Required data collected using a researchermade and standardized questionnaire (Dennison) and processed and analyzed using SPSS software. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire is verified using the formal validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient respectively. The results showed a significant relationship between organizational culture (and its dimensions) and the attitude toward the usage of the active methods of teaching. The control of the variables such as gender, marital status, type of university, Indigenous status, and place of birth did not affect the relationship between two variables
