نگاهی دوباره به فرآیند تربیت در بستر ایدئولوژی

هدف پژوهش تاملی در باب تربیت در آئینه ایدئولوژی می باشد که تحلیلی از تقابل واقع بینی و ایده ال خواهی است؛ این پژوهش با روش تحلیلی استنتاجی و در قالب یک پژوهش کیفی می باشد. در این تحقیق بعد از تبیین و تشریح ایدئولوژی، با تاکید بر اندیشه ون دایک و ساندرول چالش‌های تربیت در عصر حاضر، مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. با توجه به مبانی نظری، می توان استلزام کرد، در صورت استیلای تفکر ایدوئولوک، بر سیستم آموزشی، تربیت مبنا محور(مبتنی برعلم، دین و فلسفه)، کم‌رنگ می شود. زیرا طرحواره‌های قطبی‌شده گروه خاص، شناخت و نگرشِ اجتماعیِ فعالینِ عرصه‌ی تربیت را تحت مهار خود خواهد داشت، و با ارائه و پیاده سازی مدل‌های ذهنی گفتمان و عمل فعالین این عرصه را هدایت می نماید و درصورت ناهمسویی فعالین عرصه تربیت، ناسازواری شکل می‌گیرد. در این راستا نمایش معلم و فراگیر دگراندیش برای صیانت از خوددر سیستم، و هزینه‌ی شناسایی و نگه داشتن ایشان در ریل مانیفست از سوی حاکمیت، هزینه بردار شده و باور قطبی شده‌ی ما (ی مثبت) و آنها (ی منفی)، ذهنی شورشی شکل خواهد داد. دراین میان ممکن است تغییر در ایدئولوژی رخ دهد، ولی رهایی از ایدئولوژی در جهان امروز، یک خودفریبی است. تصور تربیت تحولی در این فراشد را باید آموخت و در این چالش توان زیست و تعالی داشت. سازوارگی عناصر تربیت، مانیفست بعنوان ظرفیت و پرهیز از تعریف عین مانیفست بعنوان محتوا و در نهایت عدم تقلیل مانیفست به ایده‌های فردی، می تواند توفیقاتی را در عرصه تربیت منجر شود
