روایی تشخیصی نسخه پنجم مقیاس‌های هوشی وکسلر کودکان در ویژگی‌های عصب - روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان با ناتوانی یادگیری

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین روایی تشخیصی ویرایش پنجم مقیاس‏های هوشی وکسلر کودکان در ویژگی‌های عصب - روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان با ناتوانی یادگیری انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر در حیطه پژوهش‌های روش‌شناسی و از نوع مطالعات روان‌سنجی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر دوره ابتدایی (7 تا 11 سال) شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 98- 97 تشکیل می‌دادند که از بین آن‌ها تعداد 400 دانش‌آموز با ناتوانی یادگیری با استفاده از روش نمونه‏گیری هدفمند و در دسترس و 400 دانش‌آموز هنجاری (معمولی) به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. در راستای هدف پژوهش از ویرایش پنجم مقیاس‏های هوشی وکسلر کودکان (2014) استفاده شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک و نسخه 23 نرم‌افزار spss تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که آزمون‏های واژگان و اطلاعات (از مقیاس فهم کلامی)، طراحی با مکعب با امتیاز زمانی (از مقیاس دیداری- فضایی)، محاسبات و مفاهیم تصویر (از مقیاس استدلال سیال)، ظرفیت عدد مستقیم، ظرفیت عدد معکوس، ظرفیت عدد متوالی، ظرفیت تصویر و توالی عدد-حرف (از مقیاس حافظه فعال)، رمزگذاری، حذف کردن تصادفی و حذف کردن ساختاری (از مقیاس سرعت پردازش) دارای روایی تشخیصی بودند. می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که نسخه پنجم مقیاس‌های هوشی وکسلر کودکان دارای روایی تشخیصی در ویژگی‌های عصب روان‌شناختی دانش‏آموزان با ناتوانی یادگیری است و می‌تواند دانش‌آموزان با ناتوانی یادگیری را از دانش‌آموزان هنجاری (معمولی) تشخیص دهند.

diagnostic validity of the fifth edition of the wechsler intelligence scales for children in characteristics neuro-psychology of students with learning disability

this study was conducted with the aim of determining the diagnostic validity of the fifth edition of wechsler’s intelligence scales for children in the neuropsychological characteristics of students with learning disabilities in tehran. the present study was subset of methodological studies. the number of 400 people with learning disabilities who were selected using a targeted and available sampling method and 400 normal people who were randomly selected from among all male and female students between the ages of 7 and 11 in tehran in the academic year of 2018-2019. in line with the purpose of the research, the fifth edition of the wechsler children’s intelligence scales (2014) was used. the collected data were analyzed using logistic regression analysis and spss software (version 23).the study finally revealed that vocabulary and information tests (from verbal comprehension index), block design with time point (from visual-spatial index),arithmetic (from fluid reasoning scale), number span (direct), number span (reverse), picture span, letter-digit sequencing and letter-number sequencing (from working memory scale),and coding, cancellation (random), cancellation (structural), (from processing speed index), had diagnostic validity.the fifth version of the wechsler iq scales for children has diagnostic validity in the neuropsychological characteristics of students with learning disabilities and can distinguish students with learning disabilities from normal students.
