مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری کمک طلبی بر اساس خودتعیین گری و شکفتگی با نقش میانجی باورهای انگیزشی

غالباً دانش آموزان با موقعیت هایی مواجه می شوند که در آن موقعیت ها نمی توانند خواسته های خود را برآورده کنند و به کمک دیگران نیاز دارند. در چنین موقعیتی باید از نیاز خود، به کمک، آگاه باشند؛ تصمیم به جستجوی کمک بگیرند و راهبردهایی را برای استفاده از کمک دیگران به کار گیرند. هدف پژوهش حاضر مدل یابی ساختاری کمک طلبی براساس خودتعیین گری و شکفتگی با نقش میانجی باورهای انگیزشی دانش آموزان بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 99 - 1398 بود. حجم نمونه 539 دانش آموز که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه های کمک طلبی رایان و پنتریچ (1997)، باورهای انگیزشی پنتریچ، اسمیت، گارسیا و مک کارکی (1991 )، نیازهای اساسی خودتعیین گری ایلاردی، لئون، کیسر و رایان ( 1993) و مقیاس شکفتگی داینر، امونس، لارسن و گریفین ( 2008) پاسخ دادند. داده های حاصل از پژوهش با نرم افزار spss23 و amos23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها نشان داد بین خودتعیین گری و شکفتگی با کمک طلبی رابطه معنادار مثبت وجود دارد(01 / 0 > p ) و اثر غیرمستقیم خودتعیین گری بر کمک طلبی و نیز شکفتگی بر کمک طلبی از طریق باورهای انگیزشی معنادار بود (01 / 0 > p ) بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت باورهای انگیزشی نقش واسطه ای در رابطه خودتعیین گری کمک طلبی و شکفتگی کمک طلبی دارد و خودتعیین گری و شکفتگی می توانند کمک طلبی را پیش بینی کنند. نتایج تحلیل داده ها نشان داد مدل با داده های پژوهش برازش مناسبی دارد. لذا با توجه به اینکه یادگیرندگان فعال، تمایل بیشتری به جستجوی کمک دارند دست اندرکاران آموزش با اثرگذاری بر خودتعیین گری و شکفتگی و باورهای انگیزشی، کمک طلبی را در دانش آموزان افزایش داده تا منجر به پیشرفت تحصیلی، اجتماعی و ... آنها گردد.

presenting a structural pattern of help seeking in students based on self-determination and flourishing through mediating role of motivational beliefs

students often face situations in which they cannot meet their needs and need the help of others. in such a situation, they should be aware of their need for help; decide to seek help and use strategies to utilize the help of others. the purpose of this study is to present a structural modeling of help seeking based on self-determination and flourishing with the mediating role of motivational beliefs in students. the statistical population was chosen from high school students in tehran, who were studying in the academic year 2019-2020. a sample of 539 students were selected by cluster random sampling and answered ryan and pintrich help-seeking questionnaire (1997), pintrich, smith, garcía and mckeachie motivational beliefs questionnaire (1991), ilardi, leone, kasser, and ryan self-determination basic needs questionnaire (1993), and diener, emmons, larsen, and griffin flourishing scale (2008). the resulting data was analysed using spss23 and amos23. the findings reveal that there is positive significant correlation between self-determination and flourishing (p<0.01) and the indirect effect of self-determination on help-seeking and also flourishing on help-seeking through motivational beliefs was significant (p<0.01). therefore it can be inferred that motivational beliefs have a mediating role in the relationships self-determination-help-seeking and flourishing-help-seeking and self-determination and flourishing can predict help-seeking. the results of the analyses revealed the model’s fitness to the data. regarding the fact that active learners have more tendencies towards seeking help, education activists increase help-seeking in students by effecting self-determination, flourishing and motivational beliefs in order to reach success in education, society.
