شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر تحمل و احترام به افکار دیگران و اخلاق و ادب در محیط مدرسه مطالعه موردی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر تحمل و احترام به افکار دیگران و اخلاق و ادب در محیط مدارس ابتدایی شهر اسلامشهر به روش آمیخته اجرا شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را معلمان ابتدایی شهر اسلامشهر در سال تحصیلی 98-97  تشکیل دادند که در مرحله کیفی تعداد 11 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری هدفمند و در مرحله کمی تعداد 298 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش در بخش کیفی مصاحبه بدون ساختار بود که از روش سه بعدی نگری و بازخورد مشارکت کننده برای اعتباریابی آن استفاده شد و در بخش کمّی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ آن 0.82 بدست آمد. به‌منظور تحلیل یافته‌های به دست آمده از مصاحبه کیفی، از روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی مبتنی بر کدگذاری باز  و برای تحلیل داده‌های کمّی از مدل معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار pls  استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که عوامل سازمانی شامل (ایجاد بحث اخلاقی در کلاس، فرهنگ‌سازمانی مدرسه، جو سازمانی مدرسه، نمایش قواعد احترام در کلاس، برنامه آموزش مهارت اجتماعی) و عوامل خانواده ( آموزش والدین، فرهنگ خانواده، شخصیت دانش آموز) جزء عواملی هستند که بر تحمل و احترام به افکار دیگران و اخلاق و ادب در محیط مدارس تاثیر می گذارند.یافته های دیگر پژوهش نیز نشان داد که از بین این عوامل بر اساس بارهای عاملی استاندارد شده و با سطح معنی داری 0.05 بیشترین عامل تاثیرگذار بر تحمل افکار دیگران ، ایجاد بحث اخلاقی در کلاس با بار عاملی 0.752 و کمترین عامل تاثیرگذار نوع شخصیت دانش آموز با بار عاملی 0.918 می‌باشد.  مبتنی بر یافته ها می توان نتیجه گرفت که تحمل و احترام به افکار دیگران و اخلاق و ادب در محیط مدرسه نیازمند توجه به تربیت خانوادگی و عوامل سازمانی موجود در مدارس می باشد.

Identify and Analysing The Factors Which Affect Tolerance, Ethics, Complaisance, and Respect for Others’ Ideas In The School Environment

This study focused on identify and analyze the factors which affect tolerance, ethics, complaisance, and respect for others’ ideas for the school year 20182019 in the case of Islamshahr primary schools’ environment. The statistical population of this study consisted of elementary teachers in Islamshahr. In the qualitative phase, 11 individuals were selected through a purposeful sampling and 298 random individuals were selected for the quantitative phase. A questionnairebased collected data represented a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.82 within the qualitative phase. To analyze the findings of the qualitative interviews, the inductive content analysis method based on open coding was used. To analyze quantitative data, the structural equation model with PLS software was implemented. An unstructured interview using the threedimensional approach and participant feedback to validating was accomplished for the qualitative phase. The research findings revealed that organizational factors included (ethical discussion in the class, schools’ culture, schools’ atmosphere, respectful behavior in the class, and social skills training programs) and family factors (education level of parents, family culture, student characteristics) influence tolerance, ethics, and respect for others’ ideas in the school environment. Moreover, based on standardized factor loadings with the statistical significant of 0.05, this research declared that creating ethical discussion in class 0.752factor loading is the most influential of tolerance for the other thoughts and the least effective factor 0.918factor loading is students’ characteristics.
