الگوی فرایند جرم یابی سرقت در پلیس آگاهی

هدف و زمینه: مطالعه جرم‌یابی سرقت که از باسابقه‌ترین جرائم بشری است و در جوامع مختلف به‌علل گوناگون وجود داشته و دارد، حائز اهمیت بسیاری است. به‌ویژه در دهه‌های اخیر به‌خاطر پیچیدگی روابط اجتماعی و اقتصادی جوامع شهرنشین، پدیده سرقت؛ پیامدها و آسیب‌های زیادی را به‌دنبال دارد تا جایی‌که نه‌تنها رواج سرقت در جامعه، باعث از بین رفتن اموال شخصی افراد مالباخته می‌شود، بلکه بیش از آن، احساس امنیت اجتماعی را نیز مورد هدف قرارداده یا باعث کاهش احساس امنیت اجتماعی در جامعه می‌شود که همه این موارد ضرورت مقابله جدی با سرقت و کشف آن به‌ویژه از منظر فرایند جرم‌یابی سرقت را نشان می‌دهد. از این‌رو هدف اصلی پژوهش انجام‌شده، شناسایی الگوی فرایند جرم‌یابی سرقت در پلیس آگاهی بوده و هم‌چنین پرسش اصلی پژوهش نیز عبارت است از این‌که؛ الگوی فرایند جرم‌یابی سرقت در پلیس آگاهی چگونه است؟ روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش کیفی بوده و از تکنیک پدیدارشناسی جهت گردآوری مصاحبه‌ها استفاده‌شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که در پژوهش انجام‌شده با توجه به مصاحبه‌های صورت‌گرفته با کارآگاهان پلیس آگاهی و نخبگان کدهای استخراج‌شده حاکی از آن است که درمجموع در قالب 13 کد گزینشی شامل (تحقیقات مقدماتی، عکس‌برداری- ترسیم کروکی، بررسی صحنه جرم، یادداشت‌برداری و گزارش‌نویسی، جستجو و بازرسی، مدارک عینی و مدارک غیر عینی، کسب اطلاعات، تحقیقات تکمیلی، شناسایی و بازداشت مظنونین، تطبیق مدارک و مستندات، پشتیبانی و هدایت عملیاتی، مصاحبه و بازجویی، آمادگی و ارائه پرونده قضایی) مورد تفسیر قرارگرفته است.نتیجه‌گیری: با استفاده از الگوی فرایند جرم‌یابی سرقت می‌توان ضریب کشف سرقت یا شناسایی مجرمین و کشف اموال مسروقه را افزایش داد و درنهایت عرصه را بر مجرمین تنگ کرده و از طرفی بهره‌وری سازمانی در عملکرد پلیس همراه با کاهش هزینه زمانی و نیروی انسانی را به‌دست آورد.

background and purpose: the study of theft investigation, which is one of the earliest crimes of humanity, and has existed in various societies for various reasons, is of great importance. especially over recent decades, due to the complexity of social and economic relations in urban societies, the phenomenon of theft has been associated with many consequences and damages, to the extent that not only the prevalence of theft in society lead to the loss of personal property of victims, but also, more importantly, it targets the social security feeling or reduces the social security feeling in society. the whole things indicate the necessity of severe confrontation with theft and its discovery, especially from the perspective of the theft investigation process. therefore, the main purpose of conducting the research was to identify the pattern of the theft investigation process in the “criminal investigation police”. also, the main question of the research was: what is the pattern of the theft investigation process in the “criminal investigation police”?method: the research method was of qualitative type, and the phenomenological technique was used to collect interviews.findings: the findings of the research indicate that in the conducted research, according to the interviews conducted with “criminal investigation police” detectives and experts, the extracted codes indicate that a total of 13 selective codes, including (preliminary investigations, photography-sketching, crime scene examination, note-taking and report writing, search and inspection, tangible and intangible pieces of evidence, obtaining information, follow-up investigations, identifying and detaining suspects, matching pieces of evidence and documents, operational support and guidance, interview and interrogation, preparation and presentation of the judicial file) were interpreted.conclusion: by using the theft investigation process model, the rate of theft discovery or identification of criminals and discovery of stolen property may be enhanced; and ultimately, the field can be narrowed for criminals. on the other hand, organizational efficiency in police performance, along with reducing time and manpower costs, can be achieved.
