بررسی تاثیر طرد اجتماعی بر امنیت اجتماعی افراد در شهر تهران

زمینه و هدف: مهم‌ترین مولفه اجتماعی در جوامع امروزی که قدم بزرگی در زندگی فرد و ایفای نقش او در جامعه دارد نیاز به امنیت اجتماعی است. امنیت اجتماعی یک مفهوم ساده نیست بلکه زیربنا و ساختار اصلی فرد در حوزه فردی، خانوادگی و جامعه ای می باشد. این پژوهش تلاش دارد کاووشی در طرد اجتماعی و امنیت اجتماعی افراد در شهر تهران داشته باشد و عوامل دخیل در طرد اجتماعی افراد که باعث عدم امنیت اجتماعی آن ها می‌شود را مورد تحلیل قرار دهد.روش تحقیق: در این پژوهش روش کیفی بوده است و با 27 نفر از افراد ساکن شهر تهران که طرد اجتماعی شده اند مصاحبه گردید. با تکنیک گراندد تئوری داده‌های مصاحبه به ترتیب ابتدا کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری گزینشی و در نتیجه پس از آن با تعیین مقوله هسته نظریه‌پردازی صورت گرفت.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته ‌های پژوهش نشان داد که طرد اجتماعی بر امنیت اجتماعی تاثیر به‌ سزایی دارد و افرادی که دچار طرد اجتماعی می شوند از امنیت اجتماعی بسیار کمی برخوردار هستند.در نتیجه هر چه میزان طرد اجتماعی در افراد بیشتر باشد، باعث بروز پیامدهایی مانند افسردگی، انزوا، آسیب های اجتماعی و حتی خشونت اجتماعی در فرد  می شود. عواملی مانند مشکلات اقتصادی، فرهنگی و آموزش های فردی و اجتماعی نیز بر میزان طرد اجتماعی افراد تاثیر به‌ سزایی دارد. آموزش اصولی در کودکی، ایجاد فضای رشد، تحصیل و امکانات خوب در نوجوانی و بزرگسالی می تواند از طرد اجتماعی جلوگیری کند. برخورداری از امنیت اجتماعی، در ساختار رشد و  بهره وری جامعه تاثیر به‌ سزایی دارد.

investigating the impact of social exclusion on the social security of individuals in tehran

background and aim: nowadays, the most important social component in societies, which takes a big step in individuals’ life and playing their role in society, is the need for social security. social security is not a simple concept, rather it is the main infrastructure and structure of a person in the personal, family and community realms. the present research is aimed at exploring the social exclusion and social security of people in tehran and analyzing the factors involved in the social exclusion of people that cause their social insecurity.methods: qualitative method was used in this research, and 27 people living in tehran who were socially excluded were interviewed. through using grounded theory technique; open coding, central coding, and selective coding of the interview data were done, respectively; and then by determining the core category of theorizing the process was done.findings and conclusions: the findings of the research indicated that social exclusion has a significant impact on social security, and those who suffer from social exclusion have very little social security.as a result, the higher the level of social exclusion, the more it causes consequences such as depression, isolation, social damage and even social violence among individuals. factors such as economic and cultural problems, as well as personal and social trainings also have a significant impact on individuals’ social exclusion. proper training in childhood, creating an environment for growth, education and good facilities in adolescence and adulthood may prevent social exclusion. enjoying social security has a significant impact on the structure of growth and productivity of society.
