امنیت در بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی (مدظله‌العالی)

زمینه و هدف: امنیت از نیازهای اولیه بشری بوده و در اسلام از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار است به‌گونه‌ای که امنیت و سلامت را دو نعمت پنهان دانسته‌اند که تا زمانی که وجود دارند دیده نمی‌شوند. جمهوری اسلامی ایران به‌عنوان کشوری که در پی پیاده‌سازی آموزه‌های دین مبین اسلام در ساختار اجتماعی و سیاسی می‌باشد می‌بایست مزید بر دانش روز از آموزه‌های دینی نیز در جهت ایجاد و حفظ امنیت در کشور استفاده نماید. یکی از فرصت‌های موجود در جمهوری اسلامی ایران وجود رهبری سیاسی است که توامان مجتهدی جامع‌الشرایط و مرجع دینی می‌باشد. با استفاده از بیانات رهبر انقلاب و تحلیل محتوای آن می‌توان دیدگاهی نو نسبت به امنیت به‌دست آورد که با آموزه های دینی نیز همخوانی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مولفه ها و شاخص‌های امنیت از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری انجام شد.روش تحقیق: با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای حدود 77 سخنرانی مقام معظم رهبری از سال 1368 تا سال 1394 با کلیدواژه امنیت استخراج و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. دستاورد اولیه پژوهش با استفاده از ادبیات پژوهش مجدداً بررسی و نهایتاً با استفاده از نظر خبرگان باز تعریف گردید.یافته‌ها و نتیجه گیری: پس از تحلیل داده ها، استخراج مفاهیم و استفاده از نظریه خبرگان در بعد امنیت، 6 مولفه و 47 شاخص استخراج شد. شاخص‌ها و مولفه های به‌دست‌آمده در بعد امنیت با هدف درک ذهنی مناسب‌تر در گروه‌هایی دسته‌بندی و نهایتاً در قالب یک شمسه به‌تصویر کشیده شد.

background and aim: security is one of the basic human needs and is of high importance in islam, so that security and health are considered two invisible blessings that cannot be felt as long as they are available. the islamic republic of iran, as a country that seeks to implement the teachings of islam in the social and political structure, while using religious teachings should  have up-to-date knowledge to create and maintain security in the country. one of the opportunities available in the islamic republic of iran is the presence of a political leader who is a comprehensive mujtahid and a religious authority. by using the statements of the supreme leader of the revolution and analyzing its content, a new perspective on security could be obtained, which is also consistent with religious teachings. the present research was conducted aimed at investigating the components and indicators of security from the supreme leader’s perspective.methods: using the library method, about 77 statements of the supreme leader from 1989 to 2015 have been extracted focusing on the keyword “security” and analyzed with the qualitative content analysis method. the primary achievement of the research was re-examined using the research literature, and finally redefined using the opinion of experts.findings and conclusions: following the analysis of the data, extraction of concepts and benefitting from the experts’ theory on the issue of security, 6 components and 47 indicators were extracted.as a result, the indicators and components obtained in the dimension of security were classified into groups with the aim of better mental understanding and finally depicted in the form of a symbol.
