کاوش عوامل انسانی موثر در بروز خشونت تماشاگران با رویکرد امنیتی-انتظامی در تیم‌های پرطرفدار لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران

زمینه و هدف: رفتار خشونت آمیز تماشاگران یکی از مشکلات اساسی است که علاوه بر زیان های اقتصادی، از نظر فرهنگی، اخلاقی، اجتماعی و سیاسی نیز منجر به آسیب هایی می گردد. از این رو پژوهش حاضر  با هدف کاوش عوامل انسانی موثر در بروز خشونت تماشاگران با رویکرد  امنیتی-انتظامی در تیم های پرطرفدار لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران انجام گرفته است.روش تحقیق: روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع زمینه‌یابی بوده که ابتدا مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای به ‌منظور تهیه فهرستی از عوامل موثر بر بروز خشونت صورت گرفت و سپس از طریق مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته با 17 نفر از خبرگان انجام پذیرفت. همچنین روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع نظری هدفمند و غیرتصادفی بوده است و از نظرات اساتید دانشگاه و نخبگان رشته فوتبال استفاده شد و از نرم افزار مکس کیو.دی.ای نسخه 2020 جهت تحلیل داده های کیفی پژوهش بهره برده شد.یافته ها و نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع تعداد 34 شاخص انسانی موثر بر بروز خشونت تماشاگران شناسایی شد که این عوامل در قالب دو عامل اصلی تقسیم‌ شده و شامل هفت عامل زیرمجموعه داور، کادرفنی، بازیکن خودی، بازیکن حریف، شرایط تماشاگران، مدیریت باشگاه و برگزارکنندگان مسابقه می‌باشد. توجه به هرکدام از موارد می‌تواند بر کاهش خشونت تماشاگران تاثیر گذارد و بر آرامش روی سکوها کمک شایانی کند که نیازمند ایجاد فرهنگ‌سازی مناسب در بین تماشاگران از طریق آموزش به‌ واسطه رسانه‌ها و مطبوعات بوده، به همراه آن نظارت و کنترل بر روی تماشاگران در ورزشگاه و برخورد با موارد بی‌قانونی می‌باشد.

exploring the human factors contributing to the occurrence of spectators’ violence with a security-law enforcement approach in the popular teams of iran’s football premier league

aim and background: violent behavior of football spectators is one of the basic problems that in addition to economic losses, also leads to cultural, moral, social and political harms. therefore, the present study is aimed at exploring the human factors contributing the occurrence of spectators’ violence with a security-disciplinary approach in the popular teams of the iranian football premier league.method: the present research method is qualitative and field-based. first, library studies were conducted to prepare a list of factors contributing to the occurrence of violence and then through in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 17 experts. also, the sampling method was theoretical, purposeful and non-random, and the opinions of university professors and football elites were used, and max qda 2020 was utilized to analyze the qualitative data of the research.findings and conclusion: a total of 34 human indicators contributing to the occurrence of spectator violence were identified. they are divided into two fundamental factors and include seven factors: referee, technical staff, our players, the rival team players, spectators’ conditions, club management and the organizers of the match. paying attention to each of these cases could contribute to the reduction of spectators’ violence and could help calm the spectators watching the match, which requires establishing a proper culture on the part of spectators via training them through the media and press, as well as monitoring and controlling spectators in stadiums and dealing with cases violating law.
