مدل‌یابی روابط ساختاری میان جامعه‌محوری پلیس و شادکامی با توجه به نقش واسطه‌ای احساس امنیت اجتماعی در شهروندان استان ایلام

هدف و زمینه: شادکامی از جمله خلقیات اساسی در زندگی فرد است و نقش مهمی در چارچوب حیات روانی و اجتماعی او بازی می کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه الگوی شادکامی شهروندان استان ایلام بر اساس جامعه محوری پلیس و میانجی گری احساس امنیت اجتماعی بود.روش تحقیق: تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه شهروندان 18 تا 65 سال استان ایلام در سال 1400-1399 با حجم نمونه 400 نفر و نحوه نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی بود. گردآوری داده های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه های استاندارد پلیس جامعه محور، احساس امنیت اجتماعی و شادکامی، صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در این پژوهش با نرم افزار amos 19و spss 21با استفاده از آزمون مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد.یافته ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته های مرحله تدوین مدل نشان داد شاخص های برازش مدل، مناسب می باشند. مطابق با این مدل، ارتباط غیرمستقیم پلیس جامعه محور و شادکامی اجتماعی از طریق احساس امنیت اجتماعی معنی دار بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که پلیس جامعه محور بر شادکامی و احساس امنیت اجتماعی اثر مستقیم داشت، علاوه براین، احساس امنیت اجتماعی بر شادکامی اجتماعی به صورت مستقیم اثرگذار بود.در مجموع پلیس جامعه محور به واسطه احساس امنیت اجتماعی به عنوان یک میانجی با نفوذ می تواند بر شادکامی اجتماعی تاثیرگذار باشد. بنابراین نیروهای امنیتی و انتظامی با بهره گیری از رویکرد جامعه محوری در انجام وظایف خود می توانند زمینه ساز افزایش احساس امنیت و شادکامی اجتماعی در شهروندان شوند.

Modelling the Structural Relationships between Police Community-orientation and Happiness, Given the Mediatory Role of Social Security Feeling among Ilam Province Citizens

Background and Aim: Happiness is one of the basic moods in a person’s life and plays an important role in the framework of his psychological and social life. The present study aims at providing a model of happiness for Ilam province citizens based on the police community-orientation and mediation of social security feeling.Research method: The present study, in terms of aim, was of applied type and in terms of descriptive method was of correlational type. The statistical population of this study included Ilam province citizens aged 18 to 65 years in 2020-2021 with a sample size of 400 persons, using random clusters sampling method. Research data was collected using standard questionnaires of community-oriented police, social security feeling and happiness. Data analysis in this study was conducted using “amos 19” and “SPSS 21” and using structural equation modeling test.Findings and Conclusion: The findings of the modeling stage indicated that the model fit indices are appropriate. According to this model, the indirect relationship between community-oriented police and social happiness through social security feeling was significant. The results also showed that community-oriented police had a direct impact on happiness and social security feeling, in addition, social security feeling had a direct impact on social happiness.In general, community-oriented police may affect social happiness via social security feeling as an influential mediator. Therefore, the security and police forces may pave the ground for increasing security feeling and social happiness among citizens, by using a community-oriented approach in performing their duties
