بررسی تاثیر ارتباطات کلانتری‌ها با صنوف در پیشگیری اجتماعی از جرائم (مورد مطالعه: صنوف حوزه کلانتری 109 بهارستان)

هدف و زمینه: هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی تاثیر تعاملات روسا و کارکنان کلانتری 109 بهارستان با صنوف منطقه را در پیشگیری اجتماعی از جرائم مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار داده، سهم تعاملات کلامی، غیرکلامی و رسانه ای کلانتری‌ها را با صنوف در پیشگیری اجتماعی از جرایم در آن منطقه مشخص نماید.روش تحقیق: مقاله حاضر توصیفیتحلیلی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری آن شامل صنوف و کسبه حوزه کلانتری 109بهارستان به تعداد 2800 واحد، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای (هر واحد به عنوان یک طبقه) متناسب، تعداد هشت طبقه و با توجه به جدول مورگان تعداد 340 نفر از کسبه حوزه کلانتری یادشده به ‌عنوان حجم نمونه، انتخاب شدند. روایی تحقیق با استفاده از روایی منطقی و پایایی آن نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (84/0) به دست آمد. یافته‌ها و نتیجه گیری: یافته ها نشان داد مهارت کلامی، مهارت غیرکلامی و ارتباط رسانه‌ای کلانتری‌ها با صنوف در پیشگیری اجتماعی از جرائم تاثیر دارد.نتایج حاکی است؛ در شاخص مهارت کلامی «آموزش چهره به چهره صنوف توسط پلیس»، در مهارت غیرکلامی «احترام به قانون و مجریان قانون در صنف‌ها»و در ارتباط رسانه‌ای «توزیع فیلم آموزشی، سی دی، عکس هشدار دهنده توسط پلیس» مهم‌ترین اولویت‌ها را دارند.

Investigating the effect of police relations with the branches in social prevention of crimes (Case study of 109 Baharestan police station)

Purpose and context. The purpose of this article is to investigate the effect of the interactions of the heads and staff ofBackground and Aim: The present article mainly aims at analyzing the impact of interactions between Baharestan No.109 police stations chiefs and staff with the zone business owners in social crime prevention, and specifying the role of verbal, nonverbal and media interactions of police stations with business owners in social crime prevention in that zone.Method: The present descriptiveanalytical article is of correlational type. Its statistical population includes 2800 shops in the zone under coverage of Baharestan No. 109 police stations, using stratified proportionate sampling method (each unit as a stratum), eight floors and based on Morgan table, 340 shopkeepers under the coverage of mentioned police station were selected. The validity of the study was obtained using logical validity, and its reliability was obtained through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.84).Findings and Conclusion: The findings indicated that verbal skills, nonverbal skills and media relations of police stations with the shopkeepers are effective in social prevention of crimes. The results show that “facetoface training of shopkeepers by the police” in the verbal skills index, “shopkeepers’ respect for the law and law enforcers” in nonverbal skills and “distribution of educational videos, CDs, warning photos by the police” are the most important priorities.
