زمینه‌های احساس امنیت اجتماعی زنان دست‌فروش مترو

زمینه‌ و هدف: پدیده دست‌فروشی زنان در متروی کلانشهر تهران، که به یکی از اساسی ترین معضلات این کلانشهر تبدیل شده است، پدیدۀ رایجی است که همۀ کسانی که از مترو استفاده می کنند، آن را مشاهده نموده اند. این پژوهش با هدف شناخت و بررسی زمینه‌های احساس امنیت اجتماعی زنان دست‌فروش مترو انجام شده است.روش‌ تحقیق: برای فهم عمیق تر هدف از رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی استفاده شد. روش نمونه گیری در این تحقیق نمونه گیری هدفمند یا قضاوتی بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در این تحقیق 23 نفر از زنان دست‌فروش مترو هستند.یافته ها و نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش، نشان داد که دست‌فروشی در مترو، شغلی شناخته می شود که بسیاری از زنان را از گروه های سنی و اقشار مختلف که به هر دلیلی نیازمند به تامین مخارج زندگی خود هستند؛ در برمی گیرد. عوامل مختلفی سبب کشیده شدن زنان به این شغل شده است که برخی از آن‌ها با احساس امنیت اجتماعی زنان در ارتباط است. مقوله‌های اصلی به دست‌آمده شامل: «تعاملات زنان دست‌فروش مترو»، «نقاب ناشناختگی»، «احساس امنیت یا ناامنی»، «شاغلان دیروز، دست‌فروشان امروز»، «چتر حمایتیِ زنانه» و «مزیت‌های دست‌فروشی نسبت به مشاغل بیرونی»، حکایت از طیفی بودن زمینه‌های مثبت و منفی در احساس امنیت اجتماعی زنان مترو دارد.

Areas of Feeling Social Security Women’s peddling in the subway

Background and Aim: The phenomenon of peddling women in the Tehran subway, which has become one of the most fundamental problems of this metropolis, is a common phenomenon observed by all those people who use the subway. The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying and investigating the areas of social security on the part of women peddlers selling things in the subway.Method: A qualitative approach and a phenomenological method were used to further understand the aim. Sampling method in this study was of purposeful or judgmental type. The data collection tool is a semistructured interview. The participants in this study are 23 women peddlers in the subway.Findings and Conclusion: The study showed that peddling in the subway is some sort of job that many women from various age groups and social classes are involved in it for whatever reason to pay their bills. Various factors, some of which are related to women’s social security feeling, have led them to choose this job. The main categories obtained are: interactions of women peddlers in the subway, wearing masks not to be identified, security or insecurity feeling , former employees, today’s peddlers, women’s umbrella and advantages of peddling compared with street jobs, are indication of the spectrum of positive and negative contexts in the women’s  social security feeling in the subway.
