بررسی نقش امنیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و کالبدی در بازآفرینی شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر کاشان)

زمینه و هدف: در روند بازآفرینی شهری باید متغیرهای مختلفی مدنظر قرار گیرد و اثرات مختلف آن ها در این فرایند مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد که یکی از مهم ترین آن ها بحث امنیت و تثبیت آن می باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش امنیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و کالبدی در بازآفرینی شهری در شهر کاشان می باشد. این پژوهش را می توان یک نوع پژوهش کاربردی – توسعه ای دانست. روش تحقیق: روش مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری مورد پژوهش در این تحقیق شامل ساکنان شهر کاشان بر اساس سرشماری سال 1395 بوده و محدوده آماری کل منطقه در بردارنده شهر کاشان می باشد. تعداد جامعه آماری برابر با (364٬482) در نظر گرفته شده اند. تعداد نمونه برابر 384 نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعیین شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه 59 سوالی دو بخش امنیت با 4 زیرمجموعه(اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و کالبدی) و باز آفرینی شهری و به ترتیب با تعداد سوالات 40 و 19 سوال، تهیه شده است. روایی پرسشنامه به صورت صوری و محتوایی بوده است و پایایی آن نیز بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 0.83 مورد تایید واقع شده است. داده های گردآوری شده بر اساس تحلیل معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار ایموس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج بیانگر آن است که ضریب تاثیر شاخص امنیت اقتصادی بر بازآفرینی شهری برابر با 0.27، ضریب تاثیر شاخص امنیت اجتماعی بر بازآفرینی شهری برابر با 0.19، ضریب تاثیر شاخص امنیت کالبدی بر بازآفرینی شهری برابر با 0.24، و ضریب تاثیر شاخص امنیت فرهنگی بر بازآفرینی شهری برابر با 0.22 می‌باشد. بر این اساس رابطه بین شاخص اقتصادی بر بازآفرینی شهری برابر با ضریب 0.27 دارای بیشترین تاثیر و تاثیر شاخص اجتماعی بر بازآفرینی شهری برابر با ضریب 0.19 کمترین میزان می‌باشد.

Investigating the Role of Economic, Social, Cultural and Physical Security in Urban Regeneration (Case Study: Kashan City)

Aim and Background: In the process of urban regeneration, various variables should be taken into consideration, and their diverse impacts in this process should be evaluated, one of the most important of which is security and its stabilization. The present study is aimed at investigating the role of economic, social, cultural and physical security in urban regeneration in Kashan city. Research Method: The present research could be considered some sort of applieddevelopmental research. The study is of descriptiveanalytical type. The statistical population in this study includes residents of Kashan city based on the 2016 census, and the statistical range of the whole region includes Kashan city. The number of statistical population is 364,482. The sample size based on Cochran’s formula was 384. The research tool includes a 59item questionnaire of two sections of security with 4 subcategories (economic, social, cultural and physical) and urban regeneration with 40 and 19 questions, respectively. The validity of the questionnaire was formwise and contentwise, and based on Cronbach’s alpha of 0.83 its reliability was confirmed. The collected data were analyzed in Imus, based on structural equation analysis.Findings and Conclusion: The results indicate that the coefficient of impact of economic security index on urban regeneration is to 0.27, the coefficient of impact of social security index on urban regeneration is 0.19, the coefficient of impact of physical security index on urban regeneration is 0.24, and the coefficient of impact of cultural security index on urban regeneration is 0.22. Accordingly, the impact of economic index on urban regeneration is the highest (0.27), and the impact of social index on urban regeneration is the lowest (0.19).
