سنجش تاثیر طراحی و اجرای پیاده راه بر امنیت و ایمنی مراکز شهری (موردپژوهی: خیابان اکباتان همدان)

زمینه و هدف: در ادبیات مربوط به مطالعات فضاهای شهری پیاده مدار، یکی از بحث های مهم تاثیر این فضاها در ارتقا یا کاهش ایمنی وامنیت شهروندان می باشد. مقاله حاضر به بررسی وضعیت پیاده راه تازه ایجاد شده خیابان اکباتان شهر همدان از منظر شاخص های ایمنی و امنیت می پردازد. چرا که این خیابان قبل از اجرای پروژه پیاده راه سازی در عین این که یکی ازخیابان های اصلی و از محورهای گردشگری منتهی به تپه تاریخی هگمتانه بود تبدیل به فضایی در حال زوال و مهجور بود. پژوهش حاضر درپی پاسخگویی به سوالات تحقیق با هدف سنجش تاثیر پیاده راه سازی بر امنیت و ایمنی مراکز شهری است.روش تحقیق: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بوده که ازطریق پرسشنامه، با طراحی گویه های هر شاخص به روش طیف لیکرت تنظیم و از طریق پرسش گری ازکارشناسان امور شهری ومتولیان حوزه امنیت در پلیس پیشگیری فرماندهی انتظامی استان همدان به انجام رسیده است. داده های خام در محیط spss و آزمون های آماری t test ، anova و آزمون های تعقیبی آن tukey و dunnet مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: مطابق با نتایج آزمونt شاخص های «کالبد» و «فعالیت شهری» در پیاده‌راه محور اکباتان دارای وضعیت نامطلوبی می باشد و طبق نتایج آزمون anova و آزمون های تعقیبی آن tukey و dunnet، در صورت بازبینی پروژه پیاده‌راه اکباتان جهت ارتقا ایمنی و امنیت، این دو مولفه ازعملکرد و کارکرد موثرتری نسبت به دیگر شاخص ها برخوردارند.

Assessing the Impact of Plaza Design and Execution on Security and Safety of Urban Centers (Case Study: Ekbatan St., Hamadan)

Aim and Background: In the literature related to the study of plaza urban spaces, one of the important discussions is the impact of these spaces in improving or reducing the safety and security of citizens. The present article looks into the status of Ekbatan Street newly created plaza in Hamadan from the perspective of safety and security indicators. Because prior to the implementation of the plaza project, this street, while being one of the main streets and one of the tourist axes leading to the historic hill of Hegmataneh, had become a decaying and abandoned space. The present study seeks to answer the research questions with the aim of measuring the impact of plaza construction on the safety and security of urban centers. Research Method: This descriptiveanalytical study was conducted through using a questionnaire and by designing the items of each indicator using the Likert scale method and by asking urban affairs experts and security officials in the Prevention Police forces of the province to answer questions. Raw data was analyzed in SPSS environment and statistical tests including T test, Anova and Tukey and Dunnet post hoc tests. Findings and Conclusion: According to the results of Ttest, the indicators of body and urban activity on the Ekbatan plaza are in an undesirable situation, and according to the results of Anova and Tukey and Dunnet post hoc tests, in case Ekbatan plaza project is revised to improve safety and security, it comes out these two components have a more effective function compared with other indicators
