بررسی تاثیر اقتدار پلیس بر احساس امنیت در شهروندان روانسر

هدف و زمینه: وجود امنیت در ﻫﺮ جامعه‌ای نیازمند فعالیت نهادهایی است که در جهت تامین و ﺗﺤﻘﻖ آن بکوشند از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ این نهادها می‌توان ﺑﻪ نیروی ﺍﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﻰ اشاره کرد که مسئول برقراری امنیت عمومی و آسایش در سطح جامعه است. نیروی انتظامی موظف می‌باشد با هر آنچه که این امنیت و آرامش جمعی را خدشه‌دار می‌سازد مقابله کند. در این میان اقتدار نیروی انتظامی در جهت حمایت از شهروندان، یکی از عوامل بسیار مهم و بازدارنده در خدشه‌دار کردن امنیت شهروندان است. پژوهش حاضر که با هدف بررسی تاثیر اقتدار پلیس بر احساس امنیت در شهروندان روانسر می‌باشد، از نظر نوع هدف یک بررسی کاربردی می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر بر اساس نظریه‌های مختلف از جمله نظریه بوزان و ویور در سنجش و تجزیه و تحلیل احساس امنیت و نیز دیدگاه وبر درباره اقتدار به عنوان چارچوب نظری پژوهش و مبنای فرضیات استفاده می‌شود. روش تحقیق: روش در این پژوهش، میدانی با استفاده از تکنیک پیمایش و ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این مطالعه افراد بالای 15 سال شهر روانسر در سال 95 است که تعداد آن‌ها 57500 نفر هستند و تعداد 384 نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها محقق ساخته است که اقتدار پلیس در سه بعد و با استفاده از 26 گویه و احساس امنیت با استفاده از 20 گویه در مقیاس طیف لیکرت سنجش شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماری spss استفاده شد. جهت برآورد روایی از روایی صوری و برای پایایی از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده و فرضیه‌های پژوهش با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و برای سنجش مدل پژوهش از رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده به عمل آمد. یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون چندگانه نشان می دهد که دو مولفه متغیر میزان اقتدار پلیس (اقتدار حقوقی – عقلانی و اقتدار سنتی) وارد معادله رگرسیونی شده اند و روی هم رفته 0.46 از تغییرات متغیر احساس امنیت شهروندان را مورد تبیین قرار می دهد. می توان استدلال کرد که با افزایش اقتدار عقلانی و همچنین اقتدار سنتی پلیس، شاهد ارتقای احساس امنیت شهروندان خواهیم بود.

Investigating the Impact of Police Authority on the security feeling among Ravansar Citizens

Purpose and Background: Existence of security in every society requires measures to be taken by bodies such as police forces, which are responsible for establishing public safety and wellbeing across the community. The police force is tasked with dealing with anything that disrupts this security and collective peace. Meanwhile, the police force authority to protect citizens is among the most important and deterrent factors in compromising the citizens’ security. The present study, which aims to investigate the impact of police authority on the security feeling among Ravansar’s citizens, is a practical study in terms of purpose. The study is based on various theories such as Boozan and Weaver theory in measuring and analyzing the security feeling and Weber’s view on authority, as a theoretical framework of research and the basis of hypotheses.Research Method: The method used in this research is field survey using survey technique, and questionnaire is the tool used for data collection. The statistical population of this study is 15+people in Ravansar in 2016. Based on Cochran’s formula, 384 people were selected from among 57,500 people. The data collection tool is a selfmade questionnaire. The police authority was measured in three dimensions using 26 items, and security feeling was measured using 20 items on the Likert scale. SPSS was used to analyze the data. Formal validity was used to estimate validity. To estimate reliability, Cronbach’s alpha and research hypotheses were used benefitting from Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regressions was used to measure the research model. Findings and Conclusion: The results of multiple regression show that the two components of police authority level (legalrational authority and traditional authority) have entered the regression equation and a total of 0.46 of the variable changes explain the citizens’ security feeling.
