بررسی اثرگذاری فضای شهری بر ایمنی و احساس امنیت اجتماعی کودکان (نمونه موردی: بخش مرکزی شهر تهران)

امنیت شهری یکی از مهم ترین عوامل تاثیرگذار در کیفیت زندگی شهروندان محسوب می شود. کودکان بیش از هر گروه دیگر در یک جامعه نیاز به توجه دارند چرا که کودکان امروز آینده سازان فردای یک جامعه هستند. هرچه شهر در طراحی فضای شهری مناسب برای کودکان موفق تر باشد، بی شک از سرزندگی و نشاط بیشتری برخوردار خواهد بود که می تواند در سلامت روحی و اجتماعی کودک و در مرحله دوم کل جامعه نقش بسزایی بازی کند. این مقاله به بررسی اثرپذیری فضای شهری بر ایمنی و احساس امنیت اجتماعی کودکان در بخش مرکزی (مناطق1112) شهر تهران می پردازد. روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بوده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق والدین دارای کودک در مناطق 11 و 12 شهر تهران بوده که با 400 نفر آنان به شیوه نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله مصاحبه صورت گرفته است. یافته های مهم این تحقیق نشان می دهد که میانگین شاخص های موثر بر ایمنی کودکان 73/2 و شاخص های موثر بر احساس امنیت کودکان در فضاهای شهری 73/2 بوده است. بر این اساس می توان گفت که شاخص های ایمنی و امنیت کودکان در فضاهای شهری از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار نیست. یافته های حاصل از آزمون رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که کیفیت کف سازی معابر، نحوه طراحی مسیرهای سواره و پیاده، توجه و دقت رانندگان هنگام رانندگی، وجود فضاهای غیر قابل دفاع، نورپردازی و ایجاد نقاط روشن، فعال در فضاهای شهری و ایجاد مراقبت های بصری تاثیر معناداری بر ایمنی و احساس امنیت کودکان در فضاهای شهری می گذارد.

Investigating the Impression of Urban Space on Security and Children’s Societal Security(Case Study: Tehran City Center)

Abstract Urban security is among the most important factors influencing citizens’ life quality. Children compared with anyother groups in society need more attention, because children are to run our society in future. The more successful the mayor is in designing a suitable urban space for children, the more children will be able to enjoy life and vitality, which can play a significant role in the children’s mental and social health and in the second stage of the whole society. The present article examines the influence of urban space onchildren’s sense of security and social security in the central part of Tehran(zones 1112). The research is of descriptiveanalytical type and questionnaire was used fordata collection. The statistical population was400 parents havingchildrenand living in the zones 11 and 12 of Tehran. They were selected from among residents of the zonesandwere interviewed using multistage cluster sampling. Majorfindings of the study show that the mean indicators affecting children’s safety were 2.73 and the indicators affecting children’s sense of security in urban spaces were 2.73. Accordingly, it can be argued that childrensafety and security indicators in urban spaces are not in desirable conditions. The findings of the regression test also showed that the quality of flooring, the design of rides and sidewalks, the level ofdrivers’attention while driving, unprotected spaces, lighting and the creation of bright and activespotsin urban spaces, and creating visual care altogether have a significant impact on children’s safety and security in urban spaces.
