سنجش و ارزیابی مولفه های موثر بر ارتقای میزان احساس امنیت در بافت های ناکارآمد شهری (نمونه موردی: منطقه 14 شهر تهران)

امنیت به واسطه در برگیری آرامش و آسایش شهروندان در محیط های شهری یکی از شاخص های مهم کیفیت زندگی و مورد توجه برنامه ریزان و شهرسازان می باشد. از این رو امروزه برنامه ریزان شهری بر ضرورت توسعه ای پافشاری می کنند که تمام ابعاد زندگی شهروندان را دربرگیرد؛ آنها چنین توسعه ای را پایدار و در شان بشر می دانند. یکی از ابعاد این توسعه پایدار، برخورداری افراد به محیط مسکونی مطلوب می باشد که امنیتشان تامین گردد. ارتقا حس امنیت افراد موجب بهبود وضعیت محیط و کاهش ناهنجاری ها می گردد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی – تحلیلی می باشد که در تبیین ادبیات و پیشینه تحقیق و ارائه مدل از مطالعات کتابخانه ای بهره برده شده است و با توجه به تعیین حجم نمونه، تعداد 383 پرسشنامه تهیه شده است و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نیز با روش آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و نرم افزار spss می باشد. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق حاکی از آن است، امنیت ساکنین تا حدودی تامین است و از این لحاظ منطقه مورد مطالعه در شرایط متوسط (0.416 سطح پایداری) است، ولی احساس امنیت باید به طور کامل ایجاد شود. همچنین بالاترین احساس امنیت ساکنین دربین مولفه های مورد مطالعه، مولفه تنها بودن در روز در خانه می باشد

Deliberation and Assessment of Constituents Contributing to Improving Security Feeling Level in Inefficient Urban Areas(Case Study: Zone 14 of Tehran)

Whereas security provides citizens with wellbeing and comfort, it is one of the important constituents of life quality, and has been always the center of attention of urban planners. Hence, nowadays urban planners stress the necessity of some sort of development which covers all dimensions of citizens’ lives; and they consider such a development as a sustainable development which mankind deserves. One of the aspects of such a sustainable development is enjoying a desirable place to live in, and being provided with security. Promoting individuals’ security feeling while leading to improvement of their environment reduces abnormalities. The present survey is of descriptive – analytic type and takes benefit from library resources to explain the research literature and background and to provide a model. Taking into account the volume of the sample, 383 questionnaires have been provided. Data gathering was done, using Pearson correlation coefficient and SPSS. The results of the present research indicated that the residents’ security to some extent is materialized, and in terms of security the understudy region remains in average conditions (0.416 level of the sustainability) but security feeling should be thoroughly established. The highest level of security feeling among the under study constituents for the citizens is the constituent of staying home alone.
