بررسی نقش استادان و دانشجویان در تعامل با پلیس و تاثیر آن بر امنیت اجتماعی(مورد مطالعه شهرستان اراک)

زمینه و هدف: امروزه امنیت از وضعیت تک بعدی خارج شده و دردو بعد داخلی و خارجی به موضوعی پیچیده و چندلایه تبدیل شده است، لذا امنیت داخلی خود دارای ابعادی شامل: بعد اقتصادی، بعد سیاسی، بعد اجتماعی و بعد فرهنگی است.که به گفته متخصصین و صاحب نظران هیچ سازمانی به تنهائی نمی تواند متولی امنیت و تامین کننده آن در جامعه باشد.که دراین میان نسل جوان ومراکز فکری می توانند نقش مهمی در این زمینه داشته باشند، لذا مسئله اصلی در پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش استادان و دانشجویان درتعامل با نیروی انتظامی و تاثیر آن بر امنیت اجتماعی شهرستان اراک است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی و از نظر شیوه گرد آوری پیمایشی است، جامعه آماری استادان و دانشجویان در حال تحصیل در شهرستان اراک در سال 1396 به تعداد 53 هزار نفر(50 هزار نفر دانشجو و 3 هزار نفر استاد) که حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول گرجسی مورگان به تعداد 381 نفربه روش سهمیه ای از بین استادان و دانشجویان دانشگاه های مختلف انتخاب شده اند و سپس پرسشنامه ها به صورت اتفاقی در دسترس توزیع و تکمیل شده اند، ابزار گرد آوری داده ها در بخش اسنادی فیش و در بخش پیمایشی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده است که روائی محتوایی آن به کمک خبرگان و پایائی آن بوسیله ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (88/.) تامین گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با آزمون های آماری رگرسیون چند متغیره و رتبه ای فریدمن درنرم افزار spss انجام شده است. یافته ها: نشان داد که استادان و دانشجویان دانشگاه ها در سه حوزه پیشگیری از جرائم، تعامل علمی و تعامل فنی با پلیس نقش دارند. در مولفه پیش گیری، شاخص های پیشگیری از جرائم، کشف جرائم و شناسائی جرائم، در مولفه تعامل علمی شاخص های انجام طرح های تحقیق، شرکت در اتاق های فکر و برگزاری میزگرد، در مولفه تعامل فنی شاخص های مشارکت در ایجاد بانک های اطلاعات، جمع آوری و مشارکت در تولید نرم افزار، به ترتیب در مرتبه اول تا سوم قرار گرفته اند.

Investigating the Role of University Professors and Students in Interaction with Police, and its Impact on Societal Security (Case Study: Arak city)

Background and Objective: Nowadays, security is not a singledimensional issue; rather it has become a complex and multifaceted issue in both internal and external aspects. Therefore, internal security itself has various aspects: economic, political, social and cultural. According to experts and analysts, no single organization alone can take care of security issues and provide security in the society. In this regard, the young generation and the intellectuals may play an important role. Hence, the present study is mainly aimed at investigating the role of professors and students in interaction with police forces, and its impact on Arak city’s societal security.Method: As far as objective is concerned, the research is of applied type. In terms of nature, it is of descriptive type, and in terms of collecting data is of survey type. In 2017, the statistical population of the study in Arak city was 53,000: 50,000 students and 3,000 professors. N= 381 selected from among professors and students of various universities using Krejcie & Morgan table and a quota sampling method, and then questionnaires were randomly distributed and filled in by participants. The tool used for gathering data was note taking, and in survey section a selfmade questionnaire whose content validity was supplied by experienced experts, and its reliability was determined using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.88). Data analysis was performed using Friedman’s multivariable statistical tests, as well as ranked regression and SPSS.Findings: The findings indicated that university professors and students have scientific and technical interaction with police in three areas of crime prevention. In the constituent of prevention, crime prevention indices, crime detection and identification; in the constituent of scientific interaction of indices of research projects implemented, participation in thinktanks and holding roundtables; and in the constituent of technical interaction of indices of databank creation, data gathering and contribution to developing software, rank first to third, respectively.
