بررسی وضعیت زنان ایرانی در فضای مجازی: مطالعه صفحات اینستاگرامی(با رویکرد امنیت اجتماعی)

فضای مجازی امروزه یک جهان زیست قطعی و همگانی شده است،گسترش شتابناک این فضا با ظرفیت پوشش بالا، آثار فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاسی ژرف و پر دامنه‌ای را در پی داشته است که نقش و ابعاد تاثیرگذاری آنها را بر کل پهنه جامعه از جمله عرصه امنیت، نمی توان دست کم گرفت. مدیریت این فضای عظیم و پیچیده نیازمند سیاستگذاری، برنامه ریزی، تولید محتوای مناسب و نظارت دقیق، صحیح و سنجیده است چرا که در غیر این صورت مسایل فرهنگی و اجتماعی تبدیل به بحران های سیاسی و امنیتی شده و کل جامعه را درگیرخواهد کرد. در این میان موضوعات زنان در این فضا به فراخور ویژگی های جنسیتی، مواضع متفاوتی را بروز داده‌اند. مقاله حاضر به بررسی وضعیت زنان ایرانی در صفحات اینستاگرامی با رویکرد امنیتی و اجتماعی پرداخته است. روش این تحقیق تحلیل محتوای کیفی و از مدل 8 مرحله ای مایرینگ به شناسایی  مضمون ها و زیرمضمون ها پرداخته شد. حجم نمونه 150 صفحه برتر اینستاگرام ایران از نظر دنبال کننده، کامنت و لایک در بازه زمانی مشخص می باشد. داده‌های برآمده از بررسی با استفاده از روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون و نرم افزار« اِن ویوو » تحلیل شد و پایایی کدگذاری‌های مصاحبه‌ها توسط ضریب موضوعی کاپا مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در نتیجه‌ تحلیل داده ها، 7 مضمون، 12 زیر مضمون در رابطه با مسایل اجتماعی امنیتی شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام در حوزه زنان  مورد مطالعه و شناسایی قرار گرفت.

Investigating Iranian Women’s Status in Cyberspace: A Study of Instagram Pages: Concentrating on Social Security Approach

Nowadays, Cyberspace has become a public, definite and globalized world. The rapid expansion of this space with its high coverage capacity has brought about profound cultural, social, and political impacts. To that effect, its role and impressiveness dimensions across the entire community, including the security arena cannot be underestimated. Managing this enormous and complex environment requires appropriate policy making, planning, content generating, as well as precise, proper and careful surveillance. Otherwise, cultural and social issues will become political and security crises will engulf the entire community. In the meantime, women, due to their gender characteristics have taken different positions in this space. The present article has examined the status of Iranian women on Instagram pages, while concentrating on a social and security approach. The methodology of this research was qualitative content analysis, and has used Mayring 8step model for identifying themes and subthemes. (N=150) representing superior pages of Iran’s Instagram which are tracked in terms of number of followers, comments, and likes within a specific time frame. The data obtained from the study were analyzed using the qualitative theme analysis method and the Nvivo software. Validity of interviews coding were approved by Kapa theme coefficient. As a result of data analysis, 7 themes and 12 subthemes in relation with the social security issues of the social network of Instagram were studied and identified.Keywords: Executive Performance, Honorary Police, Participation, Police, the WestTehran Special Police Command.
