خودتنظیمی زیست‌محیطی شرکت‌ها در صنعت نفت و گاز

گرایش صنایع آلاینده به خودتنظیمی زیست‌محیطی، به منزله یک ابزار نوین و داوطلبانه قاعده‌گذاری، امروزه با عدم کارایی مقررات رسمی دولتی و نقاط ضعف آن در بهبود وضعیت محیط زیست افزایش یافته است و صنعت نفت و گاز نیز از این امر مستثنا نیست. هدف از این پژوهش تبیین خودتنظیمی زیست‌محیطی شرکت‌های نفتی به منزله یکی از انواع خودتنظیمی زیست‌محیطی و بررسی ابزارهایی است که شرکت‌ها به صورت کاملاً مستقل یا با همکاری دولت‌ها سعی در قاعده‌مندسازی فعالیت‌های خود از منظر زیست‌محیطی دارند. همچنین اقداماتی که نهادهای بین‌المللی حرفه‌ای و عمومی، دولت‌ها، و سایر ذی‌نفعان در حمایت و هدایت شرکت‌ها انجام می‌دهند بیان می‌شود. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که شرکت‌های نفتی در صورت پذیرش مسئولیت و استفاده از ابزارهای خودتنظیمی و همچنین داشتن ناظری مانند انجمن‌های صنعتی، که فعالیت‌های شرکت را مطابق با قواعد تهیه‌شده ارزیابی کند، می‌تواند باعث بهبود وضعیت محیط زیست و صنعت نفت شود.

Environmental selfregulation of companies in oil and gas industry

The trend of pollutant industries as a new and voluntary regulatory tool has increased due to ineffectiveness governmental regulations and their weaknesses in improving the environment. The oil and gas industry is no exception. the aim of this study is to explain the environmental issues of petroleum companies as one of the most environmental and environmental issues that companies are fully independent or they attempt in cooperation with the government to regulate their activities from the environmental point of view. In addition, the measures taken by international and international law, government and other stakeholders in the support and leadership of the companies will be mentioned. The research findings indicate that petroleum companies will be able to improve the environment and oil industry subject to acceptance of responsibility and the use of selfregulatory instruments as well as an observer such as the industrial community that meets the company’s activities in accordance with the setout rules.
