تاثیر نور لیزر روی کووید - 19

بیماری کووید -19‌، برای اولین بار در دسامبر سال 2019 در چین شناخته شد. ویروس‌های کرونا باعث عفونت‌های تنفسی خفیف تا شدید در انسان می‌شوند. طول‌موج‌های مختلف، ویروس‌ها را به روش‌های مختلف از کار می‌اندازند. در لیزر‌درمانی سطح پایین از نور مرئی و پرتوهای لیزر مادون‌قرمز در محدوده 450تا1000 نانومتر استفاده می‌شود. در مطالعه حاضر به تاثیر نور لیزر بر درمان کووید -19 پرداخته‌ایم. از پایگاه‌های علمی ساینس‌دایرکت، گوگل‌اسکالر، آی‌اس‌آی، اسکوپوس و‌... به‌دنبال بررسی پژوهش‌های مرتبط با موضوع مورد‌نظر بوده‌ایم. در این مقاله از مباحث و نتایج 38 مقاله مربوط به سال‌های 1877 تا 2021 مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است؛ و بیشتر آن‌ها از سال‌های 2017تا2021 می‌باشد.اولین مشاهدات علمی اثرات ضد میکروبی نور توسط داونز و بلانت انجام گردید. از روش‌هایی که در درمان کووید -19 موثر هستند، می‌توان به مدولاسیون‌نوری‌، اشعه ماورابنفش‌، نور آبی لیزر، ال‌ایی‌‌دی‌ها و فوتودینامیک درمانی برای درمان افراد مبتلا شده به کووید-19 اشاره کرد.پژوهش‌های اخیر در زمینه مدولاسیون‌نوری در درمان کووید -19، نشان داده است که اثرات ضدالتهابی مدولاسیون‌نوری می‌تواند باعث سرعت بخشی در بهبود بافت‌های آسیب دیده مفید باشد. در این روش درمانی، بیماران زودتر مرخص می‌شوند.

covid-19 was first recognized in china in december 2019. corona viruses cause mild to severe respiratory infections in humans. different wavelengths disable viruses in different ways. in low-level laser therapy, visible light and infrared laser rays in the range of 450 to 1000 nm are used.in this study, we have studied the effect of laser light on the treatment of covid-19. we have been looking for researches related to the subject from sciencedirect, google scholar, isi, scopus, etc. scientific databases. in this article, the topics and results of 38 articles related to the years 1877 to 2021 have been used; and most of them are from 2017 to 2021.the first scientific observations of the antimicrobial effects of light were made by downes and blunt. among the methods that are effective in the treatment of covid-19, we can mention light modulation, ultraviolet rays, blue laser light, leds and photodynamic therapy for the treatment of people infected with covid-19.recent researches in the field of light modulation in the treatment of covid-19 have shown that the anti-inflammatory effects of light modulation can speed up the recovery of damaged tissues. in this treatment method, patients are discharged earlier.
