تاثیر سطوح مختلف آب زرشک بر عملکرد پرورشی، برخی فراسنجه‌های خونی و طول ویلی و عمق خمل‌های روده باریک طیور گوشتی

120 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک‌روزه از سویه تجاری راس 308 به‌صورت تصادفی در 4 تیمار شامل شاهد، تیمار 1 لیتر آب زرشک در 1000 لیتر آب، تیمار 2 لیتر آب زرشک در 1000 لیتر آب و تیمار 4 لیتر آب زرشک در 1000 لیتر آب انتخاب شد. طول دوره آزمایش 42 روز بوده که شامل دوره آغازین (از روز 7 تا انتهای روز 21) و دوره رشد (از روز 22 تا پایان روز 42) بود. باتوجه به نتایج، تیمار 1 با کاهش مصرف دان و تیمار 2 و 3 با افزایش مصرف دان نسبت به گروه شاهد همراه بوده‌اند که تنها بین تیمار 1 و 3 این تفاوت معنی‌دار بود (p<0.05). بهترین عملکرد پرورشی با کمترین ضریب تبدیل نیز در تیمار 1 به دست آمد. در فراسنجه‌های خونی بهبودهایی در پارامترهای مختلف مشاهده شد اما تنها عامل معنی‌دار مقادیر آلبومین در تیمار 3 بود که نسبت به گروه شاهد کاهش معنی‌داری را نشان داد(p<0.05). در بررسی طول پرزها تمامی تیمارها در 10% ابتدایی افزایش معنی‌داری داشتند و بیشترین مقدار افزایش مربوط به تیمار 1 بود(p<0.05). همچنین در عمق خمل‌ها نیز تیمار 1 بیشترین مقدار معنی‌دار را نشان داد (p<0.05). نتیجه گیری می شود استفاده از میزان 1 لیتر آب زرشک در 1000 لیتر آب در جیره طیور می‌تواند تاثیرات مثبتی بر وزن‌گیری بهبود عملکرد جوجه های گوشتی دارد.

effect of barberry juice in different amounts on production traits, blood parameters, length of villi, and depth of intestinal folds of broiler poultry

120 one-day-old broiler chickens of the ras 308 commercial strain were randomly placed in 4 treatments including control, 1, 2 and 4 liters of barberry juice in 1000 liters of water. the length of the test period was 42 days, which included the initial period (from the 7th day to the end of the 21st day) and the growth period (from the 22nd day to the end of the 42nd day). according to the results, treatment 1 was associated with a decrease in fertilizer consumption, and treatments 2 and 3 were associated with an increase in fertilizer consumption compared to the control group, and this difference was significant only between treatments 1 and 3 (p<0.05). the best breeding performance with the lowest conversion rate was also obtained in treatment 1. improvements in various parameters were observed in blood parameters, but the only significant factor was albumin values in treatment 3, which showed a significant decrease compared to the control group (p<0.05). in examining the length of the villi, all the treatments had a significant increase in the first 10%, and the highest increase was related to treatment 1 (p<0.05). also, treatment 1 showed the highest significant value (p<0.05) in the depth of the leaves. it can be concluded that the use of 1 liter of barberry juice per 1000 liters of water in the poultry diet can have positive effects on weight gain and improve the performance of broiler chickens.
