جایگاه حقوق نسل‌های آینده در روایات اهل‌بیت (ع)

حقوق نسل های آینده از مباحث عدالت بین نسلی است، که به موجب آن مواهب الهی که از نسل قبل به نسل فعلی به ارث رسیده است، به نسل آینده منتقل گردد و هر نسلی حق استفاده از مواهب الهی را داشته باشد. بدین معنا که طبیعت و منابع موجود درآن متعلق به همه انسان‌ها و نسل‌ها است و برای برطرف کردن نیازهای آنان آفریده شده است و هیچ دلیلی مبنی بر تعلق مواهب الهی بر نسل فعلی و برتری آنان به نسل‌های آینده وجود ندارد و روایات اهل‌بیت (ع) مشتمل بر آموزه های مهمی در این زمینه بوده و نشان دهنده این است. آن چه در آسمان و زمین وجود دارد، متعلق به همه انسان‌ها در تمام اعصار است و روایات وارده در این خصوص به  علاوه بر نسل کنونی (موجودین)، شامل نسل‌های آینده (معدومین) نیز می‌شود و بر ضرورت حفاظت از حقوق نسل های آینده و مواهب الهی تاکید دارد و در کنار توجه به بعد معنوی، بشریت را به رعایت حقوق نسل ‌های آینده تشویق نموده و اصول و ضوابطی را برای حفاظت از این امر مقرر نموده است.

the rights of future generations are part of the discussions on intergenerational justice, which dictates that divine blessings inherited by the current generation from previous generations should be passed down to future generations, allowing each generation to benefit from divine blessings. this means that nature and the resources within it belong to all humans and all generations, and they have been created to meet their needs. there is no reason to claim that divine blessings are exclusively for the current generation or that they have superiority over future generations. the narratives of the ahl al-bayt (as) contain important teachings in this regard, emphasizing that what exists in the heavens and on the earth belongs to all humans across all eras. these narratives, in addition to addressing the current generation (the living), also include future generations (the nonexistent) and stress the necessity of safeguarding the rights of future generations and divine blessings. they encourage humanity not only to focus on spiritual matters but also to uphold the rights of future generations, setting out principles and guidelines for the protection of these rights.
