گونه‌شناسی دیدگاه‌ها پیرامون مواجهه قرآن با فرهنگ اجتماعی عصر نزول درباره حقوق زن

حقوق زنان در جامعه از مسائل مهم فرهنگی اجتماعی است. قرآن، متنی فرهنگی و اجتماعی است؛ در نتیجه به حقوق زن در عصر نزول توجّه داشته است. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی تحلیلی پاسخ این پرسش بنیادین را جستجو کرده است که در خصوص مواجهه قرآن با فرهنگ عرب عصر نزول در باره حقوق زن چه دیدگاه‌هایی وجود دارد؟ این تحقیق به دست داده است که عربیت زبان قرآن مورد اتفاق اندیشمندان است؛ لکن پیرامون ارتباط قرآن با فرهنگ عصر نزول دو دیدگاه کلان وجود دارد: گروهی فرهنگ قرآن را وام‌دار فرهنگ عربی دانسته‌ و احکام قرآن در خصوص زنان را متاثّر از فرهنگ عربی می دانند؛ چرا که متن قرآن محصول شخصیت پیامبری است که در فرهنگ عربی تکوّن یافته است. تحقیق به دست داده که این دیدگاه با تصریح آیات مغایرت دارد و مردود‌‌انگاری شده است. گروه دوم معتقدند که فلسفه نزول قرآن، اثر‌گذاری بر فرهنگ‌هاست و نازل شده تا با عادت‌ها و رسوم فرسوده جاهلی عصر نزول مبارزه کند. از این منظر، قرآن نیامده تا در برابر فرهنگ جاهلی در خصوص زنان منفعل و یا اثر‌پذیر باشد؛ بلکه به بازسازی و اصلاح فرهنگ عرب عصر نزول در خصوص جایگاه زن پرداخته است. این دیدگاه با تصریح آیات همسویی داشته و اثبات شده است.

Typology of Viewpoints Regarding the Quran's Encounter with the Social Culture of the Revelation Era about Women's Rights

Women #39;s rights are one of the most important cultural and social issues in the society. The Qur #39;an is a cultural and social text, as a result, it has paid attention to women #39;s rights in the revelation era. The research, using a descriptive and analytical method, aims to answer this fundamental question: What are the views on women #39;s rights regarding the Qur #39;an rsquo;s encounter with the Arab culture of the revelation era? This research shows that the Arabic language of the Qur #39;an is a consensus among scholars; however, there are two major views regarding the findings of the Qur #39;an with the culture of the revelation era: A group considers the culture of the Qur #39;an to be indebted to the Arabic culture and considers the commandments of the Qur #39;an regarding women to be influenced by the Arabic culture; because the text of the Qur rsquo;an is the product of the character of the Prophet (pbuh) that was created in Arabic culture. The research has found that this view contradicts the statement of the verses and it is rejected. The second group believes that the philosophy of revelation of the Qur #39;an is to influence cultures and that it was revealed to fight against the obsolete habits and customs of the age of ignorance. From this viewpoint, the Qur #39;an did not come to be passive against the Jāhilī (ignorance) culture regarding women; rather, it has worked on the reconstruction and reformation of the Arab culture of the revelation era regarding the position of women. This point of view has been aligned with the statement of the verses and has been proved.
