الگوی موفقیت نهادهای دینی (مورد مطالعه: مساجد موفق در عرصه تربیتی)

تحقق جامعۀ دینی به موفقیت نهادهای دینی وابسته است و مسجد گسترده‌ترین و اثرگذارترین نهاد اسلامی است. به‌رغم تفاوت‌ها، اشتراکات زیادی در عملکرد مساجد موفق وجود دارد. الگوگیری از مساجد موفق یکی از اقدامات برای ارتقای مساجد است. نکتۀ مهم در الگوگیری شناختِ عوامل اصلی موفقیت و تمایز آن‌ها با سایر ویژگی‌های مساجد موفق است. این پژوهش بر آن است تا الگوی موفقیت مساجد در عرصۀ تربیتی را فهم کند. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی است و در آن از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است. داده‌های پژوهش از نتایج موردکاوی بیست مسجد برتر در کشور در حوزۀ تربیتی استخراج شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که یازده عامل اصلی و 39 عامل فرعی در موفقیت مساجد در عرصۀ تربیتی نقش اساسی دارند. عوامل مهم موفقیت عبارت‌اند از: رهبر اسوه، نظام تربیتی کادرساز، رونق تربیتی‌تشکیلاتی در بخش خواهران، انسجام تشکیلات ایمانی، جامعیت تربیتی و تشکیلاتی، تعامل با طلاب و حوزۀ علمیه، تعامل مسجد و مدرسه و خانواده، روحیۀ جهادی، رفع موانع فعالیت جوانان در مسجد، خدمت به مردم و جبهه فرهنگی.

the success pattern of religious institutions(case study: successful mosques in the educational arena)

the realization of religious society depends on the success of religious institutions, and the mosque is the most extensive and effective islamic institution. despite the differences, there are many commonalities in the functioning of successful mosques. modeling successful mosques is one of the measures to improve mosques. the important point in modeling is knowing the main factors of success and distinguishing them from other characteristics of successful mosques. this research aims to understand the pattern of success of mosques in the field of education. this research is of qualitative type and thematic analysis method is used in it. the research data has been extracted from the results of the study of the twenty best mosques in the country in the field of education. the results indicate that eleven main factors and 39 secondary factors play a key role in the success of mosques in the field of education. the important factors of success are: the leader of aswah, the educational system that builds staff, the development of organizational education in the sisters’ department, the coherence of religious organizations, educational and organizational comprehensiveness, interaction with students and the seminary, interaction between the mosque and the school and the family, the spirit of jihad, removing obstacles to the youth’s activities, expanding the mission and expanding the model, peripheral service.
