وظایف فرهنگی اجتماعی استادان از دیدگاه رهبر جمهوری اسلامی ایران

اسلامی شدن دانشگاه‌های کشور، حاکم شدن ارزش‌های اسلامی در محیط و ابعاد مختلف دانشگاه و تاثیر فرهنگی و تربیتی معلمان و استادان و ایفای نقش آنها در تغییر و تحولات و حل مسائل اجتماعی همواره مورد تاکید مقام معظم رهبری بوده است؛ در عین حال بسیاری از استادان، آشنایی کافی با وظایف فرهنگی‌- اجتماعی استادان از این دیدگاه را ندارند و پیش از این مطالعه‌ای در این زمینه انجام نشده است. هدف مقاله حاضر تعیین وظایف فرهنگی اجتماعی از دیدگاه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای، رهبر جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. به این منظور سخنرانی‌های ایشان از آغاز مسئولیت رهبری تا پایان سال 1398 تحلیل شدهاست. منابع اصلی بررسی شده شامل کتب روشنای علم، سایه‌سار ولایت در هفت جلد و سخنرانی‌های مندرج در پایگاه اطلاع‌رسانی دفتر مقام معظم رهبری و پایگاه حفظ و نشر آثار حضرت آیت‌الله العظمی خامنه‌ای بوده است. برای استخراج وظایف فرهنگی- اجتماعی استادان، در مجموع تعداد 108سخنرانی مرتبط شناسایی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که مهم‌ترین وظایف فرهنگی- اجتماعی استادان شامل «هویت-بخشی و ایجاد انگیزه»؛ حضور در میدان عمل»؛ «مطالبه و پرسشگری»؛ «مدیریت مسائل فرهنگی» ؛ «تحقق‌بخشیدن به مسائل» و «امید داشتن» می‌باشد

the cultural-social duties of professors from the perspective of the leader of the islamic republic of iran

the islamization of the country’s universities, the dominance of islamic values in various dimensions of the university environment, and the cultural and educational influence of teachers and professors have always been emphasized by the leaders of the islamic revolution. however, many professors lack sufficient familiarity with the cultural-social duties of professors from the perspective of the leader of islamic republic of iran, and there has been no coherent study in this area. the aim of this study is to determine cultural-social duties duties from the perspective of ayatollah khamenei, the leader of islamic republic of iran. for this purpose, his speeches from the commencement of his leadership until the end of 2019 have been analyzed. the primary sources have been “the light of knowledge”, “the shadow of guardianship” in seven volumes, and website of the supreme leader’s office. to extract the cultural-social duties of professors, 108 relevant speeches were identified and analyzed using the content analysis method. the results revealed that the most important cultural-social duties of professors include &identity formation and motivation &presence in the field of action &demanding and questioning &management of cultural issues &achieving solutions to problems and &having hope&.
