ویژگی‌های ارتباط در قرآن کریم با نظر به آرای جان فیسک در حوزه مطالعات ارتباطی

از دیدگاه جان فیسک دو مکتب عمده را در مطالعات ارتباطی می‌توان تشخیص داد: مکتب فرایندی که ارتباط را همانا پیام می‌داند و بر اهمیت فرستنده تاکید می‌کند و مکتب نشانه‌شناختی که ارتباط را به‌منزله تولید و تبادل معانی در نظر می‌گیرد و بر اهمیت مخاطبان تاکید دارد. خود فیسک از اصحاب مکتب نشانه‌شناختی است ولی با این وجود، معتقد است که جهت فهم بهتر ارتباط، می‌بایست تلفیقی میان دو مکتب مزبور شکل گیرد. بر همین اساس، نگارنده این نوشتار نیز معتقد است که در مطالعه متون دینی در اسلام، هیچ یک از دو مکتب فرایندی یا نشانه‌شناختی به‌تنهایی نمی‌توانند کارآمد باشند و در نتیجه، در نوشتار حاضر با تحلیل محتوای قرآن کریم به بررسی ویژگی‌های ارتباط در این متن دینی پرداخته و شواهدی ارائه کرده که نشان می‌دهند جهت فهم ویژگی‌های ارتباط در این کتاب مقدس، رویکردی تلفیقی مورد نیاز است که بتواند دو مکتب فرایندی و نشانه‌شناختی را به هم نزدیک کند و از مفروضه‌های هر دو مکتب استفاده نماید. مکتب جدید را بر مبنای مفروضاتش می‌توان «مکتب اسلامی ارتباط» نام گذاری کرد.

the characteristics of communication in holy quran regarding to john fiske’s theories in the field of communication studies

john fiske assumes two main schools in the study of communication: the process school that sees communication as the transmission of messages and also emphasizes on senders’ importance, and the semiotic school that sees communication as the production and exchange of meanings and also emphasizes on readers’ importance. fiske himself he is one of the theorists belonging to the semiotic school, but despite this, he believes that in order to better understand the communication, a combination between the two mentioned schools should be formed. therefore, i also believe that in study of religious texts in islam, none of these schools can be separately efficient. so, in this article, by content analysis of holy quran, i have study the communication in this religious text and i have present some evidences which show that, to understand the communication in such cases, we need an approach that can brings these two schools closer together, in order to use their assumptions altogether. the new school can be named &islamic school of communication&.
