بازنمایی اضطراب شهری و اسطوره زدایی در سینمای ابرقهرمانی با نگاهی به اندیشه‌های والتر بنیامین

«ابرقهرمانان» یا قهرمانان نقابدارِ فناناپذیر، یکی ‌از مهم‌ترین محصولات فرهنگ عامه‌اند که با لباس‌های ویژه و قدرت‌های منحصربه‌‌فرد، از ربع دوم قرن بیستم در فکاهیات مصور دنباله‌دار یا اصطلاحاً کمیک‌ها، گسترش‌یافته و در بیست سال اخیر، یکی‌ از روندهای مسلط فیلمسازی در هالیوود بوده‌اند. این فیلم‌ها صرف‌نظر از دیدگاه‌های انتقادی، چرخۀ اقتصادی سینما را متاثر ساخته و به گفتمانی غالب و زبانی مشترک تبدیل شده‌اند، لذا این مقاله در تلاش است تا تفسیری منسجم از این قهرمانان سینمایی روز، ارائه‌ دهد. در این مطالعه، با محوریت نظریات والتر بنیامین (1940-1892)، فیلسوف یهودی آلمانی مرتبط با مکتب فرانکفورت و چند متفکر دیگر در باب افسون‌زدایی از اسطوره در فرهنگ مدرن، بر اضطراب‌های ناشی از شهرنشینی در فیلم‌های ابرقهرمانی تمرکز شده و بحران‌های روانی، اجتماعی و سیاسی پس از حمله به نیویورک در 11 سپتامبر 2001، به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین دلایل رونق این نوع از سینما، مورد بررسی قرارگرفته ‌است. روش مطالعه بر اساس داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای و توصیف و تحلیل ویژگی‌های تصویری و مضمونی فیلم‌های اقتباس‌شده از شخصیت‌های ابرقهرمانی شناخته‌شده‌تر دو شرکت برجستۀ عرصۀ کمیک، یعنی دی‌سی و مارول، شامل سوپرمن و بتمن (از دی‌سی) و اسپایدرمن (از مارول)، به‌طورجداگانه است. در نتیجه‌گیری این مطالعه، اضطراب‌های ناشی ‌از غلبۀ فناوری بر طبیعت، سلطۀ جنایت و تروریسم، آنارشیسم، صنعت فرهنگ و مسخ انسان در جامعۀ سرمایه‌داری، ترس از بیگانگان و هراس از مرگ و نابودی بشریت، به عنوان مهم‌ترین عوامل اسطوره‌زدایی از ابرقهرمان در سینمای امروز، در نظر گرفته ‌شده ‌است.

representation of urban anxiety and demythologizing in superhero cinema with a look at walter benjamin’s thoughts

&superheroes& are one of the most important products of popular culture, which with unique costumes and powers, have been spread since the second quarter of the 20th century in comic strips and comic books, and in the last twenty years, they have been one of the dominant filmmaking trends in hollywood. regardless of critical views, these films have affected the economic cycle of cinema, and have become a dominant discourse and a common language, so this article is trying to provide a coherent interpretation of them. in this study, based on the ideas of walter benjamin, german theorist related to the frankfurt school, about the disenchantment of myth in modern culture, the anxieties caused by urbanization in superhero movies are focused on, and the psychological, social and political crises after the attack to new york on september 11, 2001, has been examined as one of the most important reasons for the prosperity of this type of cinema. the study method is based on library data, and describing and analyzing the visual and thematic features of the movies adapted from the more well-known superhero characters, including superman and batman (from dc) and spider-man (from marvel), separately. in the conclusion of this study, the anxieties caused by the dominance of technology over nature, crime and terrorism, anarchism, the culture industry and human distortion in capitalist society, aliens and the fear of death and the destruction of humanity, is considered as the most important factors in the demythology of superheroes in today’s cinema.
