تحلیلی تاریخی بر نقش فرهنگ وقف و کارکرد آن در ساختیابی بازار شهر تبریز با تاکید بر آرای گیدنز

در میان نظریه‎‌های جامعه‌شناسی، نظریۀ ساختاربندی گیدنز از ظرفیت مناسبی برای تبیین پدیده‌های اجتماعی برخوردار است. این رویکرد تلفیقی در جامعه‌شناسی شامل دو وجه عمدۀ «ساخت» و «عاملیت انسان» در تحقق پدیده‌های اجتماعی است که گیدنز، با گذر از هریک از آن‌ها، توامان از الزام‌آور بودن ساخت‌ها و آزاد بودن کامل کنش‌های انسانی صرف‌نظر کرده و بر بینابین بودن آن‌ها تاکید می‌کند. بررسی بازار سنتی و اسلامی تبریز با دارا بودن سابقۀ تاریخی نشان می‌دهد که بیشتر فضاهای این بازار وقفی بوده و در طول تاریخ، علی‌رغم حفظ فضاها، همچنان کارکرد این فضاها نیز تداوم داشته است. در این راستا، پرسش اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که نقش فرهنگ وقف و کارکرد آن چه تاثیری در ساخت‌یابی بازار تبریز داشته است. این مقاله به روش تفسیری‌‌‌‌تاریخی انجام ‌شده است. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به شیوۀ کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی بوده و محدودۀ موردمطالعه بازار سنتی شهر تبریز است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد ساختار (قواعد و منابع وقف) موجب ماندگاری این فضاها و تداوم عملکردشان شده است. طبق نظریۀ گیدنز، ما نهادها را می‌سازیم و آن‌ها کنش‌های ما را شکل می‌دهند. در این خصوص، کنشگران مسلمان با بهره‌گیری از قواعد وقف، که برگرفته از ارزش‌های والای اسلامی است، فضاهای بازار تبریز را شکل داده‌اند و سپس همان فضاها کنش‌های کنشگران (واقفان) را شکل داده است. بنابراین می‌توان گفت بازار تبریز تجلی عینی ارزش‌ها و هنجارهای اسلامی بوده و پدیدۀ وقف موجب شکل‌گیری فضاهای شهری اسلامی و تداوم عملکرد آن‌ها در طول زمان و مکان می‌شود.

A Historical Analysis of the Role of Waqf Culture and its Function in Constructing the Market in Tabriz, with Emphasis on Giddens’ Views

Giddens’s structuring theory has the appropriate capacity to explain social phenomena over other theories. Going through each of the structuralist and individualist theories, he neglects both the necessity of rigidity and the complete freedom of human action and emphasizes the equality of each. The main question of this study is that what is the impact of the role of waqf culture and its function on the formation of Tabriz market? This article is based on a historicalinterpretive method. The information was collected through library and field studies and the study area is the traditional market of Tabriz. The results show that the beginning of the formation of the Tabriz market dates back to the early centuries of Islam’s arrival in Iran. The results also show that Muslim activists have used the &rules and resources of waqf & in times and places to construct the Tabriz market and have been building the Tabriz market over the years. As for the function of the waqf, it can be said that the most important function of the waqf is the reproduction of Islamic values and norms and their continuation over many centuries. Finally, it must be said that Muslim activists are influenced by peripheral constructions, especially Islamic values and norms. And again, the institution is dedicated to their actions.
