نقش برنامه‌های فرهنگی دانشگاه قم در تربیت دانشجویان از دیدگاه استادان و دانشجویان

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی برنامه های فرهنگی دانشگاه قم در تربیت دانشجویان از دیدگاه استادان و دانشجویان در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 است. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و تحلیلی است. جامعۀ آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان کارشناسی دختر و استادان زن دانشگاه قم در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 است که 357 نفر از دانشجویان دختر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی‌‌طبقه ای و 152 نفر از استادان زن به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند جهت پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌ آوری داده‌ ها پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساختۀ ارزیابی فعالیت‌های فرهنگی دانشگاه است که روایی و پایایی آن تایید شد. تحلیل داده ‌ها با نرم‌ افزار spss23 و با آزمون های t، anova و lsd انجام شد که نتایج پژوهش نشان داد دانشجویان معتقد بودند نقش برنامه ‌های فرهنگی در تربیت دانشجویان به میزان متوسط بوده است که این اثربخشی به‌ترتیب در تربیت اعتقادی، اخلاقی و اجتماعی بیشتر از متوسط؛ در تربیت سیاسی به میزان متوسط و در تربیت فرهنگی‌‌هنری کمتر از متوسط بوده است. همچنین از دیدگاه استادان، نقش برنامه ‌های فرهنگی دانشگاه در تربیت دانشجویان کمتر از متوسط بوده است که این اثربخشی به‌ترتیب در تربیت اعتقادی در حد متوسط؛ و در تربیت اخلاقی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و فرهنگی‌‌هنری کمتر از متوسط بوده است. برنامه‌ ریزی فرهنگی ابزاری برای دستیابی به توسعۀ فرهنگی است که خود مهم‌ترین ابزار دستیابی به توسعۀ پایدار است. لازم است که برنامه‌ های فرهنگی دانشگاه‌ ها مرتبط با نیاز و علایق دانشجویان باشد تا میزان اثربخشی این برنامه‌ ها افزایش یابد.

The Role of Cultural Programs in University of Qom in Training Students from the Perspective of Students and Professors

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the cultural programs of University of Qom in training students from the perspective of professors and students in the academic year of 201819. This study was done by descriptive survey and analytical method. The statistical population consisted of all undergraduate female students and female professors in University of Qom. Subjects were selected from professors and students, that with purposive sampling 152  female professors and 357  female students were selected by random quota sampling. Data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire of cultural activities of the university that its validity and reliability were confirmed. Data were analyzed by SPSS  software version 23 using Ttest, ANOVA and LSD tests. Students believed that the role of cultural programs in training students was moderate, which was more than average in religious, moral and social training, moderate in political training, and less than average in cultural/artistic training, respectively. Also, from the professors’ point of view, the role of university’s cultural programs in training students was less than average, which has had a less than average effect on religious, social, political, and cultural/artistic training. Cultural planning is a tool for achieving cultural development and it is the most important tool for achieving sustainable development. It is necessary that the university’s cultural programs be linked to the needs and interests of the students in order to increase the effectiveness of these programs.
