تجربۀ زیستۀ بزرگسالان از فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای فضای مجازی: یک مطالعه کیفی

فضای مجازی، با تشکیل مرزهایی نوین در ارتباطات اجتماعی، زمینه‌شکل‌گیری فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهایی را برای انسان ایجاد کرده است. پژوهش پیش‌رو تلاش دارد تجربۀ زیستۀ بزرگسالان از فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای ناشی از فعالیت در فضای مجازی را شناسایی کند. بدین‌منظور با استفاده از راهبرد نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع ملاکی، تعداد 22 مصاحبه ایمیلی با سوال‌های باز انجام شد. بزرگسالان در چهار خوشۀ مجزا به سوال‌ها پاسخ دادند. برای دقت در تحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم‌افزار مکس کیو دی ای نسخه 12 استفاده شد. برای افزایش اتکاپذیری، تاییدپذیری، باورپذیری صحت داده‌ها، از شیوه‌های «بازرسی و بازبینی در زمان کُدگذاری»، «بهره‌گیری از نظرات همکاران پژوهشی و تائید آن‏ها»، «تبیین جزئیات دقیق فرایند گردآوری و تحلیل داده‌ها»، «درگیری طولانی مدت» و سه‌سو‌سازی استفاده‌ شد. در بخش فرصت‌های فضای مجازی و در خوشه‌های خانوادگی، فرزند یا دانش‌آموز و جامعه، به ترتیب «آگاهی از اخبار روز و تسهیل در انجام امور خانواده»، «استفاده از اخبار روز، افزایش سطح اجتماعی شدن و همگرایی با دوستان» و «کاهش هزینه‌ها» به‏مثابه مهم‌ترین درون‌مایه شناسایی شد. در مولفۀ تهدید‌های فضای مجازی، تقریباً همۀ درون‌مایه‌ها از لحاظ تکرار دارای وزن یکسانی بودند و تنها در دو خوشۀ فردی و خانوادگی، تکرار کُدهای مربوط به درون‌مایۀ اتلاف وقت، بیشتر بوده است. نتایج‌ نشان داد که به‏رغم وجود فرصت‌های بی‌شمار فضای مجازی، به‌دلیل فقدان آموزش مناسب و کافی، تهدیدهای برآمده از فضای مجازی روز به روز بیشتر نمایان و اثرگذار می‌شود و ضرورت آموزش فراگیر سواد رسانه‌ای و مدیریت این فضا بیش از پیش احساس می‌شود.

Adults Lived Experience of Opportunities and Threats of Cyberspace: A Qualitative Study

Cyberspace, by creating new frontiers in social communication, has created opportunities and threats for human beings. Leading research aims to identify adults’ lived experiences of opportunities and threats posed by cyberspace activities. For this purpose, using Purposeful sampling of the type criterion sampling 22 email interviews with openend questions received. The adults answered the questions in four separate clusters. For accurate data analysis The MAXQDA version 12 was used. In order to increase reliability, verifiability, and credibility of data accuracy, the methods of inspection and review at the time of coding, benefiting the opinions of research colleagues and getting their aproval, explaining the exact details of the data collection and analysis process, longterm involvment and triangulation were used. In the partofCyberspace Opportunities and in the family cluster, child or student and community, respectively,  “awareness of the daily news and facilitating family affairs, using daily news  increasing socialization level, and convergence with friends and cost reduction, were identified as the most important themes. . In the component of cyberspace threats, almost all of the themes had the same weight in terms of repetition and only in both individual and family clusters, the repetition of codes related to the waste of time theme has been frequent. The results showed that despite the numerous opportunities of cyberspace, due to the lack of appropriate and adequate education, the threats posed by cyberspace are becoming more visible and effective and the need for comprehensive media literacy training and management of this space is felt more than ever.
