بررسی آمادگی استقرار استانداردهای بیمارستان های ارتقاء دهنده سلامت در مراکز درمانی نظامی از دیدگاه پرستاران

زمینه و هدف: استانداردهای ارتقاء سلامت برای برآورده کردن نیازهای جسمانی، روحی و اجتماعی بیماران، کارکنان و جامعه شکل گرفته اند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی آمادگی استقرار استانداردهای بیمارستان های ارتقاء دهنده سلامت در مراکز درمانی نظامی از نظر پرستاران انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: مطالعۀ به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و مقطعی در سال 1398 انجام گرفت. 400 نفر از کارکنان پرستاری سه بیمارستان منتخب نظامی شهر تهران به روش سهیمه ای و تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده ها با پرسشنامه ی تائیدشده سازمان جهانی بهداشت در خصوص استانداردهای بیمارستان های ارتقاء دهندۀ سلامت بود. داده ها با نرم افزار spss و آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه با سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تحلیل شد.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره در محورهای پنجگانه سیاست مدیریت، ارزیابی بیمار، اطلاع رسانی و مداخلات بیمار، محیط کاری سالم، تداوم و همکاری و کل محورها به ترتیب 8/23±38/71، 4/61±17/37، 10/99±16/3، 53/48±32/8 و 10/30±41/55 و 29/13±146/26 بود. اختلاف میانگین نمره برای تمام محورها و دو محور سیاست مدیریت و ارزیابی بیمار از نظر آماری معنی دار نبود(0/05>p). اختلاف میانگین نمره برای سه محور اطلاع رسانی و مداخلات بیمار، ایجاد محیط کاری سالم، تداوم و همکاری از نظر آماری معنی دار بود(0/05>p).نتیجه گیری: آمادگی لازم برای استقرار استاندارهای بیمارستان های ارتقاء دهنده سلامت در مراکز درمانی نظامی از نظر کارکنان پرستاری وجود دارد، چراکه این بیمارستان ها برنامه ریزی مناسبی در این زمینه داشته اند. به منظور ارتقاء آمادگی جهت اجرای استانداردها در بیمارستان ها، لازم است توجه به سه محور ایجاد محیط کاری سالم، ارزیابی بیمار و تداوم و همکاری در اولویت قرار گیرد.

preparedness to implementation of health promoting hospitals standards in military healthcare centers from nurses perspective

background and objective: health promotion standards are designed to meet the physical, mental and social needs of patients, staff and the community. so, this study aim was investigated the preparedness to implementation of health promotion hospital(hph) standards from nurses’ perspective in the military hospitals.materials and methods: this descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional study was conducted in 2019. 400 nursing staff of three selected military hospitals in tehran selected by quota and simple random sampling. the data collection tool was a valid and reliable questionnaire of the who regarding hph standards in 5 dimensions. the data were analyzed by spss 22 using anova test at 95% ci. results: the mean and standard deviation score for the management policy, patient evaluation, patient information, and interventions, providing a healthy workplace, continuity, and cooperation, and the total score were (38.71 ± 8.23), (17.37 ± 4.61), (16.3 ± 10.99), (32.8 ± 53.58), (41.55 ± 10.30) and (146.26 ± 29.13), respectively. the mean differences for the total score and two dimensions of patient management, and evaluation policy were not statistically significant (p> 0.05). the mean differences for the three dimensions of information and patient interventions, creating a healthy work environment, continuity and cooperation were statistically significant (p <0.05).conclusion: there was necessary preparation to establish the hph standards in military healthcare centers from nurses’ perspective. these hospitals have proper planning in this field. to improve the preparedness of hph standard implementation, it is essential to be given priority to the three dimensions of creating a healthy work environment, patient evaluation, and continuity and cooperation.
